Thank you Mr. T.J. who helped me find the correct oil cap that was missing from my truck. He went the extra mile and ordered it from somewhere? And it was in a few hours later, when I went back. He put it on for me to make sure it fit. Seems like a simple thing for some, but to me it was a great help, and I truly appreciate the kindness.

I cannot say enough good things about Robbie, the night manager, and Christine at the O’Reilly’s on South Green River Road in Evansville, IN. Tonight, they delivered the BEST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. They took a stressful situation and eased that burden for me.
Robbie went above and beyond to help us with our car battery. He not only assisted in finding the right battery, and made sure we had the correct tools to do so. He made sure everything was installed correctly and even checked over my car to ensure it was safe before we left.
Christine was equally incredible—friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to jump in with support. She worked seamlessly with Robbie to make sure we were taken care of from start to finish. Her positive attitude and professionalism truly stood out and made the whole experience even better.
In a world where great customer service can be rare, Robbie and Christine are absolute rock stars. I left feeling confident, safe, and incredibly grateful.
Thank you both—you’ve gained a customer for life!

Just wanted to give a shout-out to Robert and Jeff at O’Reilly Auto Parts! I was passing through Evansville when I started having issues. I’m 80, my car was running rough, and turns out we both needed a little tune-up. They helped me pick out the right thermostat and spark plugs, and were kind, patient, and even made me laugh. Good folks and great service!

I Had a great experience at this O’Reilly Auto Parts! Robert and Jeff were both super helpful and friendly. They really know their stuff and made sure I had everything I needed without trying to upsell me on a bunch of extras. You can tell they actually care about helping people. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location—great customer service!

I am very satisfied overall with my experience at O'Reilly Auto Part on S Green River.The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. Especially Robbie F. Who has been my go to sales person over the years.Whenever I need a part or accessory, they’ve got it in stock or can get it quickly.Their online ordering system is easy to use, and the in-store pickup is super convenient. I have yet to have a bad experience with this store. Highly recommend!!
