I have found myself in multiple automotive situations needing help and parts time after time with different vehicles, and this O'reilliy's has been a 1 stop shop for me every time! The main guy that has helped me out the most has been Gilbert, and this guy knows his stuff! He's polite, welcoming, communicative, and always eager to help, Time after time! This kind of customer service and help, is exactly why this shop will always be my #1 first choice.

Every time I come here, they have what I need. Gilbert seems to always be here, and he's so helpful and nice! He hasn't even laughed at me yet, even though I show up with very "user error" style problems. He's the best.

This store has the great blessing of Gilbert the Great! He was extremely kind, wise and professional with customer service. He greeted me when I came in and was very pleasant to chat at length with. He also doesn't take tips when helping install wiper blades and simply requests return visits and a fair review! I insisted however he take a few of my wife's Christmas chocolate candies in lieu of cash for helping me out! It is so rare to have such a satisfying experience with a family atmosphere that prevails through good men like Gilbert! Every place I go could learn from someone like him and I'm not kidding! Especially in the age of AI his simple human kindness and peaceful vibes go a long way to making up for that lack elsewhere! May God bless him and his family and this business, and may it increase exponentially as they share their knowledge and continue to put customers first!
P. S... I've been going to that store for years on and off and I have never once had a bad experience! The management is clearly doing something right and they should definitely be supported!

Left work and my vehicle was shaking super bad. I went in to get my codes scanned to find the problem. I met Gilbert and he was amazing!! Super friendly and super helpful. Scanned my codes, found the issue and got me exactly what I needed. He even offered to fix it for me! Will definitely be going back to this specific store just for Gilbert!! Thank you Gilbert C.!! You’re awesome!!

Steven went above & beyond! We purchased the wrong rear wiper for my vehicle. Steven not only exchanged it, but went out to make sure that the one that we purchased actually fit and installed it for us. Thank you for providing extraordinary service!! Hard to come by these days. You all have a new customer!

I want to give a big 5-star rating to the associate at O’Reilly Auto Parts (I believe his name was Gilbert). I went to the store around 9:52 PM, just 10 minutes before closing, to get a spark plug. He not only helped me find the right one but also provided the tools I needed.
I told him I was new to this and didn’t really know what to do, and he kindly came outside to help me fix it. He spent his time patiently helping me even after closing time (it was already 10:12 PM). His kindness, patience, and willingness to help truly impressed me.
Thank you for your exceptional customer service — people like him make a huge difference!

Tamicca (I hope I remembered the spelling right) was so friendly, kind & helpful. Even though we needed multiple parts, she got us in & out super fast. They also had everything we needed at one location, which is extremely rare for my ancient car.

The employees were very helpful and professional. They had all the parts we needed the first time we came to the store My friend's rear brake pad backing plate covers were falling out and he ran over them. I told him not to drive it. We need to fix it now
