I had a license plate bulb that Toyota was going to charge me $90 to change. I even bought the bulb somewhere else but thought I had the wrong one cause I couldn’t get it installed. I stopped here thinking I needed a different bulb. Danne looked it up for me and even helped install the bulb I already had. Will definitely stop here anytime I have a car issue or need.

I had been having car troubles for weeks and was getting nowhere until I came to O’Reilly Auto Parts and met Danne. Danne completely changed the experience for me.
Danne is an extremely outgoing and knowledgeable person. Not to mention, he actually takes the time to understand what’s going on instead of just brushing you off and saying they don’t have something. I have been to multiple O’Reilly’s, and the level of care and effort that Danne puts in for his customers is on a completely different level.
He genuinely cares about helping people and wants to make sure you leave with a solution. If you need help with your car, ask for Danne. He’s the man.

I had an issue with my infotainment system staying blank and I am a car idiot. Danne at the store was quick to offer help and got it working again. I have been here to buy wipers and such but will definitely go back for batteries and other stuff. Thanks Danne!

The young man named Danne (pretty positive that's his name) provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service to me on 3/4/2025. Our interaction first started on the phone when I called in to see if a part was available. He was extremely kind, cheerful, and helpful on the phone. He offered me all the options that were available, including others at nearby stores. He even included the price of each and offered to order parts if there were certain ones I wanted that weren't in stock.
By the time I got to his store, he had the part pulled and ready for me. Check out was a breeze. He helped me add my vehicles to my online garage account and offered several times to help with anything else I needed. It struck me how friendly he was, and how willing he was to be a problem solver instead of having the typical unhelpful "gen z stare."
I was thoroughly impressed.
I called him back for help with the part that same evening and he provided the same high quality customer service.
Never in my life have I went online and reviewed any kind of interaction with a company but this was worth it. Danne is a true asset to your company and will keep customers like me coming back in for all my auto part needs. Please strongly consider an award and a financial increase for Danne. They don't make them like him anymore!!

Danne helped me today. Professional under pressure and very helpful. Tested my battery and installed a new one with speed and accuracy. I will be back. There was a small rush of customers when he was manning the counter alone but he provided calm communication and customer service.

Danne was awesome to work with and so helpful! I needed help with a new battery, terminals, and windshield wipers. He was kind enough to ask me what my budget was and helped me install them. Thank you for hiring wonderful personnel who provide excellent customer service!

Went to the 75th St OPKS store last week and got great counter and then install help for a set of headlight lamps for my vehicle from Dan (prob misspelled his name) but I recommend that place if you need help with parts and minor car service.

Fantastic location to get the parts you need. Even though they did not have the part I needed, the guy's worked tirelessly on line and their phones to help locate the part I needed
They are the real deal, I would highly recommend this location as these men are second to know one! Great job guy's ♥️💯
