I visit my cabin from time to time, and there always seems to be something that needs fixing. This store has been a reliable resource for parts and supplies and knowledge, though it does occasionally face staffing challenges. That said, I want to highlight the outstanding service I consistently receive from Andrew, Scott, Garrett, and Andrea.
Andrew, in particular, deserves special recognition. He is knowledgeable, efficient, and always provides straightforward answers without wasting time. On one occasion, he even tracked down a carburetor kit for my grandpas old Ferguson tractor—with valuable help from Andrea—which made all the difference in getting it running again.
During my most recent visit, the store was packed with customers and a long line had formed. While there were people talking and laughing in the back, Andrew was up front managing multiple customers simultaneously. The way he juggled several conversations and transactions at once, all while staying professional and attentive & training a new employee, was nothing short of impressive. During this visit he tested my battery and alternator and diagnosed I had a loose battery terminal on my ford truck, he quickly explained that the terminal was stretched and required replacement. He informed me that a bandaid exists and showed me these battery terminal shims and it fixed all my issues, for under 10 dollars.
Andrew, Scott, Garrett, and Andrea all do an excellent job, and I want to give special thanks to Andrew and Andrea for helping me get my grandfather’s tractor running again. Their dedication and customer service go above and beyond.

I want to give a huge thank you to the team at O’Reilly’s (and the amazing customer who stepped in to help me) for going above and beyond when I was stranded three hours from home due to a mechanic’s poor engine replacement job. I needed a coil replaced, it should have been a simple job to undo the bolts, but the bolts had been stripped because of the poor work done by the mechanic.
That didn’t stop the guys at O’Reilly’s from figuring something out for me. The customer who helped was the one who actually managed to get the bolts out and put everything back in safely, but everyone there played a huge role in making it happen. They could have easily said, “Sorry, we can’t do anything more,” but instead, they worked together and literally did everything they could so that I could get home safe. They cared about my safety and making sure I got home more than the manager of Midas did.
In fact, they did an even better job than the actual Midas when it comes to customer service, the way they explained everything to me, and how they put it all back together properly. I’m just so grateful I crossed paths with people who were willing to lend a helping hand and not just walk away. I truly can’t thank them enough.

"Has everything I need, when I need it! They have a behemoth of a man working at this location, and he got me everything I wanted. He didn’t try to sell me anything for the highest price, but gave me his recommendation on what brand is the best! I didn’t catch his full name at all, but I believe his first name was Kayden! Can’t miss the guy, he was at least 7ft! Kayden, is a true professional, provided exceptional service. His recommendations were honest and focused on quality, I'll definitely be back because of him.”

Friendly knowledgeable employees. They don't carry blinker fluid so don't even ask.
