UPDATE: The people here are great, but the O'Reilly's website is CRAP. This morning I was trying to search for a battery, brake pads, and a few other parts, but their website wanted me to sign up, log-in, and give it a bunch of information. I don't have time for that so I gave up and visited the Advance website. It was easy to use, and I found what I was looking for -- in-stock and ready for pick-up. Guess where I am now heading. O'Reilly's, I love you, but your website and computer people are screwing you.

Every time I visit this store I remind myself to write a review. I wish I could single out one person for extra praise, but they are all consistently awesome. They are always polite and very helpful. There are three other auto parts stores that are closer to me, but I choose THIS store every time (except for today) I need something for my car.
Special note: There is a negative review here by someone who falsely claimed that good reviews of this O'Reilly's are fake. I read her reviews, and she seems to hate nearly everything. I have zero faith in her authenticity and objectivity.

Gone into here on Thursday, asked for a diagnosis on an engine light and after checking what the meter showed, he took the time to throughly explain and suggested what could be done. I highly recommend this to be your spot to check certain issues. They answered every concern and were extremely knowledgeable. THANK YOU to the wonderful staff! They are gems. Thank you Ed & Caleb

Needed my rear taillight bulb replaced, Corey once again replaced the bulb after having to remove and replace a radio booster, in the heat, I thought I could have done it, but seeing what obstacle he had to work with, I was definitely no match for me. Thank you again Corey for your expertise and for a wonderful place such as O’Reilly.

Went in to have a fuse, wiper blades, and leak looked at. Spoke with Corey who was so helpful and polite. He explained everything well and fixed all issues. Thanks Corey for your help sir!

I just want to give my greatest appreciation to Corey and Gabriel. These guys helped me out tremendously with a simple problem I was having with my headlight. Not to mention I kinda overhead the way another employee was helping another customer while I was waiting.. they were really attentive and patient with that customer. I could see the relief on his face, like he was just proud to be a customer and the way he was taken care of, which isn't something I physically see ever really. I can tell everyone here is really diligent about providing solutions at any measure. Keep up the great work!

We barely rolled in to this O’Reilly’s location as our air conditioning compressor locked up, & subsequently melted our serpentine belt… We don’t know a lot about cars, but the staff there was very helpful and supportive…. We needed more expert help to solve our problem But they are a great location and very helpful highly recommend!

I stopped by O'Reilly after someone pulled up next to me on my drive home from work and let me know that none of my brake lights were working. Panicked, I searched for the nearest auto parts store and ended up here.
Ed and another employee, whose name I unfortunately didn't catch, were incredibly helpful. I have no experience changing light bulbs on a vehicle, and they didn't hesitate to assist me and install them. They easily could have just sold me the bulbs and sent me on my way, but instead they went above and beyond to make sure I was safe and taken care of.
This was truly some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I am so grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help. Thank you both!
