Don! Don! Don!!
Has wonderful Customer Service and a wonderful addition to O’Reilly! I have a new Auto home. He treated me with great care and helped me understand and meet my needs! As he was installing my light he made small talk with me and even offered an upsell! He by far exceeded exceptional customer service! Thank you Don for taking care of me this morning and bringing back belief in GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

The store Manager went out in a snow storm to put me some windshield wipers on and three days later when it was about 20 degrees he went out and fixed one of the wipers that broke without any questions! This is a real Store Manager!!!!!!!

Heard a loud pop on the highway and pulled into O’Reilly because we’d heard they offer free assessments. The assistant manager was incredibly helpful and kind — he immediately began checking out the issue. By sheer luck, his personal mechanic, Henry, happened to stop by and jumped in to help.
Both were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. They quickly discovered it was just a loose clip on our turbo, fixed it on the spot, and reset our car — saving us from what could’ve been a stressful and expensive situation.
If it weren’t for the assistant manager’s connections and the team’s willingness to help, we would’ve been stuck. We’re so grateful for their kindness and will be O’Reilly customers for life!

Had an experience today that restored my faith quit a bit in human kindness I had stopped at Dollar General w my grandkids in car .. came back to car to jump in and go I had nothing, no power zilch steering wheel and gearshift all froze no activity period !!!! Long story short my battery absolutely dead welp ... Thank God there's an Oreilly's right there also at 3111 randleman Rd I had taken posts off re hooked tightened etc all dead I walked over to O'Reilly's I have mobility issues but took time went in a gentleman named DON assisted me I told him my problem He said hold on let me walk over with you and bring tester and tools He found a I did my Battery was DOA.. He helped me to select new battery and walked it back next door installed it and was kind and helpful all the way thru... I will keep Praying for him and all those who labor and make someone's day bearable with kindness , a smile , a hug ,a handshake 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Came up there earlier this week and there was a guy named Ricki up there I came up there only needing an air filter and left with wipers as well. I needed them. I was just being stubborn but definitely talked a good word he knows what he is talking about and was very nice. And because I’m a women he didn’t push anything I didn’t really need . Will be coming back for other car parts because of him . Great job!

I can't recall the guys name, but he was extremely helpful! Managed to get my windshield wipers BOGO, he put them on for me and added fluid. I need to tell him that the fluid wasn't coming out due to user error, LOL! But thanks for the mechanics name and number! I have it if needed and gave it to my mom too. 😊
