MS.SARAH( MANAGER ) IS NOLIGABLE AND WILL GET WHAT YOU NEED!!!, IF SHE DON'T HAVE IT SHE WILL GET IT BY NEXT DAY!,GREG AND JOSH TAKE CARE OF ME,THEY KNOW PARTS!,WORKED WITH GREG IN THE AUTOMOBILE INDUSTRY FOR YEARS,THEY ARE BROTHERS TO ME!!!MR.JONATHAN IS A GREAT GUY!!!,VERY HELPFUL!, MS. This is the most helpful Oreillys I’ve ever been to! They helped me get a commercial account set up, ordered me a hard to find oil, and were helping explain a vehicle issue to a woman in there in a way that was educational and easy for any lay person to understand
Had to knock it back a star. The online interface is a nightmare to deal with. I also tipped the DoorDash driver more (I typed 13 and it charged 3) phone support (not in store) and chat bot support make you want to blindfold yourself and walk in front of Arendell st before dealing with them- if Corperate could catch a hint and do as good as this store it’ll be my go to store.

Needed a new headlight bulb. When I didn't know what type, he walked out to my car, pulled out the bad one and replaced it for me. Wonderful.

I simply love coming here. Unfortunately I have been here so many times that they see me coming and prepare for my landfall like I am a hurricane. I can't blame them though, my vehicles alone keep them in business single handedly it seems. They are gracious about it though and more than willing to help even though it is abundantly clear to everyone that the car just needs to be lit of fire and rolled down a steep embankment into a never ending void. The employees never waiver or bow out though. They do everything they can to make sure I get the right piece to keep my zombie car semi alive. So thank you O'Reilly employees!
Update.... The zombie car still lives!! Once again O'Reilly's has saved the day! This time the demon car in question managed to almost vaporize the EGR pressure switch... It's a little piece of plastic with heat gel suspending an electric switch... How it did it remains a mystery. I am sure we will find out soon enough!

Update!
Found out why the EGR Pressure Sensor went the way of Kal El's planet.
The catalytic converter of souls decided it was going to go super nova and try to vaporize the engine. One more thing to replace. Could I get lucky enough to not have trouble replacing it? Pray for me and send holy water to keep this car in line please!!
11/23/2025.... Frankensteins monster is still in running shape. I don't know how because I know squat about cars until the guys here teach me or I cuss my way through a DIY YouTube video usually recorded by someone with an accent that barely speaks tangible English. I'm not the mechanic you want, I'm the mechanic you need though. Cause by God this thing is still running and is held together by prayer, glue and simple will power that you can also purchase at O'Reilly's. Just ask where the tape is at.

I drove down to Atlantic Beach, NC in a rain storm & my entire wiper arm & blade became airborne and flew off the car.
I called and the staff were so helpful and kind. They helped me with new wiper blades and installed them in seconds. They were incredibly friendly, kind, good humored, just lovely people. This took all the stress out of the situation & I was able to enjoy my quick one night coastal get away without worrying about the long drive home. They honestly saved the weekend for me. I’m so very grateful to them.

Needed a new headlight in my Motorhome, and the gentleman installed it...
I did not ask permission to put his name, but he knows. I must tell you his Mama raised a wonderful young man. Very polite. I am a single woman, and I recommend this franchise. You employ the best. Thank you so much...

The folks at O’Reilly Auto Parts are some of the friendliest you’ll meet. They really know their stuff, give solid advice, and go out of their way to help. Always a great experience with knowledgeable, good-hearted people. I havent had a bad experience here yet.
