The older gentleman, I forgot his name already, but we were talking while he helped me with a warranty replacement for my battery. He was a retired marine and his customer service and helpfulness was the best I’ve ever had at an auto store. Thank you so much for helping me get my car back up and running!

Stopped in today, absolutely frustrated. After jumping through 15 hoops to get my car tag renewed, found out I needed a random parking light bulb replaced to pass inspection. After going to 3 different auto shops and being turned away for inaccessibility to the bulb, I came here. Omar was amazing! Took the time to figure out how to replace the bulb, offer exceptional service from start to finish, had a positive attitude and saved the day! He is an asset to your company and needs to be commended. In a day and time where people rarely take the time to care about others, Omar did the very best, and gave top notch service. Couldn't be more pleased.

After having an awful experience at Advanced Auto Parts in Wake Forest (off S. Main Street), I decided to leave that store —and the horribly rude man who was “helping” me— and drive over to O’Reilly’s less than a minute down the road.
I was greeted by Jay who was helpful, polite, super patient, and kind. He helped me buy the correct wiper blades for my truck and was very patient when we needed to figure out how to get the wipers to stay up so he could change—all within minutes of an impending storm!

Will probably never shop there again. I did not get to use my birthday coupon, refused to use it, I did not get the rebate, and did not get my points. I will be turning what I brought. I spent almost 4 hrs on the phone with customer service, who could care less and were rude. They do not let you file complaints with the CEO/executive office. I never realized until this purchase, points, and rebates I never received.
Update. I changed the review because the district mgr called me and apologized for the problems I was having with corporate. Apparently, he has gone thru this scenario with them previously. He offered me a coupon, then offered the windshield wiper blades for free. He was very nice. The people at the store were nice, it is just O'Reilly Corporate that is not consumer friendly at all.
