Jamel, is an outstanding associate that works for the noblestown store he is amazing, friendly and very helpful. He was extremely busy as he was the only one working and he took the time to walk me through how to fix my car on the spot and together we were able to get it up and running. I really appreciate his time and effort and he deserves definitely five stars for his attitude. His commitment to customer service So thankful I have a chance to work with him today He’s one of the reasons I’ll keep coming back

Jamel was incredibly helpful when my vehicle died in a neighboring business's parking lot. He came over to where it was and jumped it, then followed me to the store, observing the car. He helped me pick out a battery, got it changed out for me, and made sure the car was all good to go. Thank you!

I’d like to express my gratitude to this auto parts store for the excellent service, and especially to Joel! He helped me choose the right battery for my car, explained everything clearly, and installed it quickly and carefully.
It’s always nice to meet employees who truly know their job and are willing to help. The store left a great impression — friendly atmosphere, professional service, and high-quality products.
I’ll definitely come back again and recommend this place to my friends!

Showed up about 8:40pm, they close at 9pm we thought we needed a battery but nowhere else could test it so we showed up here and Matt helped us out. He checked our battery and sure enough it was a goner so he showed us the other batteries and we were unsure if we wanted to get one here or find one cheaper but in the end we decided we needed it now and nowhere else was open so we bought it and at this point it's 9pm, he was nice enough to change it for us and signed us up for the rewards which saved us some money. When we started it, it didn't sound great and he told us to come back tomorrow and we can test out the rest of it and see if anything else needs fixing. We really appreciate him helping us even after close. 10/10 recommend this location, it's out of our way but in our opinion worth the trip.

I was out of my original area, so upon my first visit to the store. I immediately saw Matt and Logan helping some customers with language barriers and saw them do a terrific job with that help. Upon my own service, they helped me navigate which alternator to buy for my vehicle and a few side questions I had upon the part itself. These guys really helped me today and their hard work workmanship upon closing time should very well be recognized. Thanks for the help, fellas wishing y’all well!
