Once again--Mike to the rescue! My power steering had quit on me momentarily. so I pulled in hoping for advice. Mike took a scan of the system, checked all pumps and fluids, proceeded to.do a thorough cleaning of my battery terminals, and checked the battery reading. He found that either the battery or the alternator was failing. He thoroughly explained everything he did and answered all my questions, even recommended a local mechanic. It was extremely hot out and customers kept coming in, but he stuck with me until he felt he had done a thorough check. This guy is golden--the world needs more people like him!

Superb service, above and beyond! Long story short, the team at this location is five star. I was on a unicorn hunt for 0w-40 oil, and they not only tracked it down from two stores, but are having it delivered for me to pick up.
They explained a short term solution, filled my truck with oil-all with a pleasant and professional manner.
The kicker? The team member that filled my oil apparently was already done with work for the day, as he drove away before I exited the parking lot!
Grateful for this service in our backyard!

Incredibly helpful and quick experience replacing my car battery in minutes. Mike, and the team were all on deck to take care of my vehicle, ensure it was safe and running well before I left. We have trusted them for years because they always come through!

Needed to get a diagnostic on my battery, and of course it came back bad. These guys were very helpful and got me back on the road with a new battery. Dan was an absolute lifesaver. Will never go anywhere else. These guys always are helpful and willing to go the extra mile.

Saw the great reviews & that they installed bulbs, so I stopped at the West View O'Reillys today. Manager Mike greeted me, assessed the area the bulb sits, helped me to purchase the product best for me - and even installed it. I will be back to this store & appreciate the help !

Arriving with no knowledge about my truck’s brake lights, I was immediately met with Mike’s willingness to help. Without hesitation, he stepped outside, inspected the lights, and kindly replaced them for me. His professionalism and kindness were truly impressive, making this experience memorable.
