Mike is amazing replaced my battery in my Malibu in 10 min when no one else would. Extremely professional and can tell he knows his stuff. Will always go there for any of my car needs from now on.

I originally came to O’Reilly Auto Parts to get my brake light changed, and what started as a simple visit turned into a whole unexpected situation when my key accidentally fell down a very deep drain! I honestly thought there was no way I was going to get it back because of how far down it had fallen. Thankfully, the amazing employees went above and beyond to help me out. They took the time to tape everything up and figure out a way to safely retrieve my key from the drain. I am SO grateful for their kindness, patience, and willingness to help me in such a stressful situation. They absolutely did not have to go out of their way like that, but they did, and it meant so much to me! Thank the Lord they were able to get my key back! ❤️ A huge thank-you to the entire team at O’Reilly Auto Parts for being so helpful, taking the time to help me, and going above and beyond for a customer. I truly appreciate everything you did, and I will never forget how much you helped me out! Customer service like this deserves to be recognized, and I would definitely recommend this location based on how amazing they were to me! 😊

The staff is so friendly and helpful! I went with a few issues, the service member changed out my light bulbs as well as gave helpful tips for the things he could not help me with. I recommend this location to everyone who needs assistance with their cars!

Mike was extremely helpful when I was looking for an unusual car part - and while they didn't have exactly what I needed in stock (it was pretty obscure), he found another option that we thought might work, and he even tried to help me install it on-site! Ultimately it didn't work out, but I was so appreciative of how helpful he was that I wanted to acknowledge it publicly. That level of helpfulness rarely exists anymore, and I will definitely make them my first stop moving forward!

Once again--Mike to the rescue! My power steering had quit on me momentarily. so I pulled in hoping for advice. Mike took a scan of the system, checked all pumps and fluids, proceeded to.do a thorough cleaning of my battery terminals, and checked the battery reading. He found that either the battery or the alternator was failing. He thoroughly explained everything he did and answered all my questions, even recommended a local mechanic. It was extremely hot out and customers kept coming in, but he stuck with me until he felt he had done a thorough check. This guy is golden--the world needs more people like him!

Superb service, above and beyond! Long story short, the team at this location is five star. I was on a unicorn hunt for 0w-40 oil, and they not only tracked it down from two stores, but are having it delivered for me to pick up.
They explained a short term solution, filled my truck with oil-all with a pleasant and professional manner.
The kicker? The team member that filled my oil apparently was already done with work for the day, as he drove away before I exited the parking lot!
Grateful for this service in our backyard!
