GREAT customer service. Called ahead and got friendly, clear help over the phone to come in to check my car battery. Emily, the manager and Dave were excellent start to finish. Dave talked through the options for a new one and Emily finished off the install. Emily clearly cares, helps her team and was a pleasure to work with. I really appreciated her double and triple checking things!

Our highest compliments to O’Reilly Auto Supply in Bluffton, SC for having the most profession, kind, dedicated, patient, & friendly assistant manager Dave. He went above & beyond to help us find a part for our RV so we could continue on our journey, it was a pleasure dealing with him! Excellent service! My car suddenly would not start, and the staff quickly tested my battery, alternator, and engine for free. They installed a new battery and made sure everything was working perfectly. No appointment, no waiting, and no labor charge for the installation. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The store is only 1 mile from my home, so it's very convenient. I highly recommend this place!

Rick was extremely helpful and went above and beyond with customer service. He helped me find the correct engine air filter, guided me step-by-step on how to replace it, and even helped me find a missing screw and the right replacement for it. He also made sure I got the correct windshield wiper cap. I really appreciated his patience, knowledge, and willingness to help. Great experience overall — thank you, Rick!

The employees at this store are so friendly and helpful in answering questions. I had to stop going to the advance auto parts at the the Okatie center because they always acted bothered to help or even basic interaction. So once the Oriely store opened I was so happy to come to a place where my business was valued and I was treated with some basic human respect. I look forward to bringing my business here for now on as long as they keep hiring respectful, pleasant employees who enjoy helping customers. It's also nice to see they are willing to hire young student age employees and let them learn that gives back to the community in so many ways and older customers enjoy that interaction. In summary it is a convenient clean location and a place with super friendly customer service.
