Our car broke down on i95 and we just took a random exit. Luckily O'Reilly were open on Saturday ( mechanics in the area are closed on weekends). The guys at the store were able to lookup the parts needed to repair the vehicle, they found all the tools I'd need to field replace a torn serpentine belt on a Mercedes-Benz as well as replace an melted idler pulley.
I had to go back and forth between the car and the store, they had the next order prepared and remuneration taken care of by the time I entered the store.
Bottom line: they know what they're doing. They have parts in stock ( even for European cars ) and they will work with you when no one else would to get you back to where you need to be.

While traveling to Beaufort, South Carolina on Saturday, my passenger-side power window got stuck down. I stopped by your location to buy tools so I could take off the door panel and try to fix it.
When I explained my situation, Frank offered to let me use the store's tools instead of making me buy them. He didn't stop there—he helped me find the exact tool for the job while successfully juggling other customers. When we ultimately couldn't get the window back up, Frank went and grabbed plastic bags and duct tape, helping me securely seal the window to protect the truck from potential rain.
Frank provided phenomenal customer service that went above and beyond, and he is an absolute credit to your company. This level of dedication is rare in today's service industry, and I wanted to make sure leadership knows what an outstanding employee you have.

Stopped in at this O’Reilly Auto Parts on State Road 17 during a long road trip in my classic car and couldn’t have had a better experience. Needed a quick fix and they made it easy. Prices were fair, but the best part was the staff. Frank, Montana, and Brian were all super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help. Got me back on the road fast. Definitely recommend if you’re passing through.

Mark was an absolute life saver when my air conditioning quit on my trip back to Florida. He helped me diagnose the problem and lent me to tools so I could remove my fan motor fix it and get me on my way home with the A/C I was in desperate need of!!! Thank you Mark!

In a In an area of South Georgia we stopped to get some food and beverages. The car would not start. We were able to determine that a jump would help us and a lovely young from the fire department was kind enough. To give us a jumpstart and to point us to the O’Reilly’s in Ridgeland. There the manager Mark installed a new battery in our car in under 20 minutes. I told him it’s the closest thing to a miracle. I’ve seen in at least two years! Thanks Mark for the great service and really appreciate you. We are back on the road with 800 miles to go!

10/10 customer service. Mark and Frank specifically were absolute superstars in assisting my family change out my headlights. They noticed us struggling (after they closed the store) and didn’t hesitate to lend a helping hand. I cannot express how grateful we were for their help.

Daryl is a true rockstar — above and beyond in every way!!!
Halfway along our 12 hour Holiday trip, our alternator went out along I-95 on a Sunday, and we were almost certainly going to be stranded. We were incredibly lucky to come across this store.
The Assistant Manager, Daryl, not only helped us find the exact right part, but he personally went above and beyond to locate a mobile mechanic who could install it and get us safely back on the road. Honestly, he felt like a guardian angel in a really stressful moment.
It is incredibly rare to come across someone who genuinely cares this much about helping others and improving their situation. Daryl is the BEST, and because of him, we’ll never forget this experience. Highly recommend this store!
