Liam at the Tazewell Pike store goes above and beyond for his customers. I came in with full expectation to buy a brand new battery. Instead, Liam checked when I purchased the battery last from O’Reily’s and there was still 2 months before the warranty expired. Thank you Liam for your outstanding customer service. I will always choose O'Reily's before the competitors.

I would like to say that I have never experienced customer service like I have with Liam at this oreillys. I was on my way home from work and I had my truck shut off on me from lack of oil due to an oil leak it developed this past Wednesday. I called the store and explained to Liam my situation, I had asked him if there was anyway he could bring me a thing of oil and I would follow him back to the store to pay for it. He drove to where I was stuck at on the side of the road and made sure that we could get it to the store so I could get it towed from there. Liam absolutely went above and beyond to help me when I was out of options and the kindness and respect he showed me was the most amazing thing. There need to be more people like him, I truly can’t thank him enough for what he did for me and helping me when he didn’t have to. I had stayed at the store for roughly an hour or so waiting on a ride to come get me and just talking to him and seeing how much he goes above and beyond just tells me he deserves a lot. Hopefully the company see’s this review and many others I’ve read as well and hopefully they take care of him, whether he gets a raise or a promotion, he truly deserves it

Rick at O'Reilly's was great!he took the time to listen and was prompt and efficient at checking my battery,alternator and starter.Even walked me through how to replace my own air filter so I don't get ripped off at shop! Wonderful customer experience after a horrible day means a lot! definitely will be returning here to get HONEST recommendations for my car.

Today started out great until we unexpectedly broke down on our way to Dollywood !!! We stopped by to try and figure out what could have possibly caused an issue with our car ! But what happened next could only be described as two acts of pure kindness and compassion! Both gentlemen one by the name of Scotty I unfortunately did not catch the others name ,went out of their way to not only help figure out the problem but helped us solved our issue as well. Scotty truly went out of his way to help us and got us back on the road to Dollywood. I would say customer service was outstanding but this goes beyond customer service,it’s pure kindness and compassion that makes this the absolute best experience 🩷

O'Reilly's and their employee Liam saved our vacation! We were traveling through Knoxville in heavy rain when our engine started to shudder and our Check Engine light began to flash. Luckily, the next exit had a O'Reilly Auto Parts, so we limped toward it. Once there, Liam scanned our codes (for free, as advertised) and confirmed an engine misfire. He was able to tell us it was on the 4 cylinder and helped determine the 4 cylinder was (thankfully) on the front of the engine block and easily accessible. He offered to sell us a spark plug and allowed us to borrow the tools to change it out. Also, offered to have the family use the bathrooms and wait in the air conditioned store. Liam was a huge help in getting the plug changed out, and when that failed, knew the next thing to recommend. He sold us the Ignition Coil we needed, and helped talk us through the install. That fixed it! Got the vehicle patched back up and were back on the road in under an hour. Liam and O'Reilly's took care of us in a very low and vulnerable situation, not just caring for our car, but for our family. I'm extremely grateful that O'Reilly's has employees like Liam and policies that allow him to do what he did best that Friday evening: show care and concern for customers that left me so impressed and thankful. I wish I could leave six stars!
