Billy and Ali were simply AMAZING today!! I have been having a problem with my A/C blowing sometimes and then not blowing. I had been to this store previously, but did not receive the level of customer service that I received today, at all!! Billy came out and checked my relay switch and my fuses as I requested, but he stated he felt like it may have been my blower motor. He brought me back into the store and stated he may have someone who could repair it within 15-20 minutes! I said, are you serious? He said yes Ma’am. Moments later Ali walked up and seamlessly took over the transaction, with little to no interruption whatsoever. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes total…WITH my A/C blowing cold!! Thank you Ali and Billy for going above and beyond you call of duty.

I had a problem with my interior lights. I came to buy a fuse or relay or whatever I needed to fix this. The kind man was able to show me what was wrong with my car. He just saved me a lot of time at the dealership. Exceptional people working here.

Needed my headlight replaced and I’m not the kind of girl who had a dad that showed her how to do that kind of thing. I didn’t even ask and manny came out to my car and installed it for me. He was so nice and even talked me through the process. Beyond nice and professional.

I went to the store to buy a light bulb for my car’s headlight, and Mr. Ronny was very kind in helping me find the correct bulb reference. He even checked my battery and cleaned my headlights. I will definitely come back whenever I need something for my car.

This is a bit overdue but I would highly recommmend O’Reillys for car repairs. Our car was having issues turning on and required jump start intermittently. We assumed the battery died (though it had been replaced only a year ago). After checking battery life (it should have worked), Ronny not only replaced it very quickly but he was kind of enough to place it under warranty given the cold weather. I greatly appreciate him in helping getting the car fixed quickly, with no problems after replacing the battery.

Oscar was very knowledgeable and an amazing help going above and beyond changing out our battery on our 2015 Ford Focus which was very hard to do with how the battery is situated. It started raining hard, and he went and got a pancho and kept going! Oscar's a great professional representing O'reilly Auto Parts and the Grapevine location very well! I always shop here and this is why. They also honor our Veterans! Thank you Oscar!!

Our work truck had a leak in a radiator hose and caused us to overheat and had to stop at an auto store to fix it. The store just opened but the guys working were eager to help us fix our problem. Greg even came out in the cold and helped us problem solve a solution.
We ended up finding the part and the store even let us use their tools to fix the truck which we needed really badly.
Knowledgeable and friendly workers, clean store and bathroom. I couldn’t have stopped and asked for help at a better place! Thanks again to Greg and the rest of the team there.
