You have a GREAT staff from your SM-Nate and the rest of the team. Only one that has ever given me a bad vibe is someone I heard called Cruz. Very rude and disrespectful to other customers. Trying to show them his toes and complaining about not being able to move very fast. Refused to take cash from me one day and had Tom do his cash sale. Melonie, Stephanie and Becca are also some very AWESOME people. I am however very disappointed that O'Reilly cares more about money than their staff. When this winter storm hit, and your staff in store while the competition was CLOSED. Very disappointing. I will keep coming back, but from what I have heard O'Reilly claims to care about their employees....They are family.....certainly doesn't show. I see your staff constantly moving and making it a better place to shop. Best this store has looked in better part of 5 years. THANK YOU!!!

Thumbs up for Meloines assistant manager. I have to say she is the best always goes above and beyond to help her customers. She helped me and my husband tonight and I left a happy camper. I'll be back to this store always for all my car needs. The world of customer service needs more people like her who love there job,,😀

I went to Auto Zone and they were rude and didn’t want to help me out so I left and went to O’Reilly on south beltline Juan helped me with my headlight and was so nice and professional and the assistant manager was nice as well asked if there was anything else she could help me with great customer service it goes a long ways I’ll definitely be back

Had a bolt fall off the shift lever of my motorcycle while driving down the street. The employees helped me to get the right sized bolt the first time and even let me borrow a socket to get it installed right in the parking lot. Thanks to the speedy service I was back on the road, good as new, in less than 5 minutes.

I've been to so many different auto stores for help or service, These guys are the absolute best when it comes to hospitality and customer service, I did an oil change in the parking lot and they didnt hesitate to give a hand, they are truly a great store, and have the best people behind that counter

Tom is an angel in human form. I have not had customer service this good since I’ve lived in Texas, which is 4 years. I asked for help and not only did Tom help me, he was happy to help me. See, there’s a difference in just doing your job and actually wanting to help and be of service to a customer. He made me feel like I was getting help from a family member. And Melanie was just a cherry on top.. it’s like God sent them to this location to help me. I will forever be a customer to this location specifically as long as Tom and Melanie are there. Anyone who desires great customer service from people who really care, this is where you go! I am forever grateful for them ♥️
