Huge shout-out to David, the manager, and Jose at O’Reilly Auto Parts!
My bike broke in the middle of my ride, so I stopped in hoping someone could simply help me figure out what part or tool I needed to fix it. Instead of just pointing me toward an aisle or trying to sell me something, David and Jose immediately jumped into action.
They came outside, looked at the problem, and actually fixed my bike for me. No charge for a tool. No hassle. No making me feel like I was inconveniencing them. They simply helped, wished me a good day, and sent me safely back on my way.
That kind of customer service and genuine kindness is rare these days. These gentlemen deserve recognition for going above and beyond, especially when they absolutely did not have to.
Thank you, David and Jose, for being amazing people and incredible representatives of O’Reilly. Service like this is exactly why customers remember a business and come back.

I visited this O’Reilly Auto Parts location last weekend for the first time, and I had a great experience. The customer service was excellent and everyone was very friendly and helpful. They let me use their diagnostic computer to check what issue my car was having, which was very convenient and helpful.
The store is also pretty well stocked, and everything was easy to find. The staff was professional, welcoming, and willing to help. The location is in a quiet and peaceful area, which makes the visit even more convenient. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely come back.

good morning,
I had just about the worse morning imaginable. however after meeting the awesome worker at o’reillys on senate ave they all helped me and improved my day. i want to give a very special thanks to mr. ricardo; he not only assisted me at the counter with everything that i may need but went above and beyond to see that all of my needs were met with the upmost care and dedication. thank you again very much; i am a life long friend of o’reillys from this day onward.

The Jersey Village location is my favorite - I've been going there since it was Hi-Lo auto parts!! Always has everything in store.

It is very hard to find employees who still care to help, who are empathetic towards another human, who trully trully demonstrate customer service. Today I had an issue with my battery and Chuy and Ben V. where of utmost help to me. This is after I had already gone into an orelly on Spring Cypress with question that were not answered. Always always go where they treat you right and for me it's this O'Reilly location. 👌🏼

O'Reilly is my preferred auto parts chain. The workforce at this particular location can be difficult at times. Overall, O'Reilly is always a good chain.

Ben was so awesome! Even though they were about to close and I’m sure he was ready to go home he helped us find the perfect screws 2x and helped install my license plate in the dark and it was cold! This is the definition of what costumer care truly means! Thank you Ben. Love your Stache.

Went there to get a key fob for my boyfriend's truck so he could get it programmed, they are some of the friendliest and informative people. You can tell they like their job. People that like their job don't mind doing it. They didn't mind. Love this location!
