I have used O’reily across the country, but never had so good an experience as my experience in Killeen, TX. I needed to buy a headlamp for a 2015 Chevy Equinox, and I asked a worker, John, if he could install it for me. He started figuring out how to do it, but found out halfway through that it would be a huge job. Store policy is that if it is too time-consuming, they have to ask you to take it elsewhere. As we were going inside to buy the parts I needed, the manager, Ace, said he could take a look and proceeded to do the entire VERY complicated process and changed out the light. Afterwards, they took the time to make sure everything was properly reattached. The entire time, they did not act like this was a burden, and were incredibly friendly. I will definitely be going back to this very clean, well-run store.

I Recently visited the O’Reilly’s auto parts store and I’m thoroughly impressed with my experience. The store had a great selection of auto parts, tools and accessories, making it easy to find what I needed for my car repairs. The store manager Ellis was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help he took the time to answer my questions and even offered some helpful tips for my project. The store was well organized, clean and had a wide range of products at a competitive prices. I also appreciate the convenience of being able to check out their own online inventory before visiting. If you’re in need of auto parts or any car related products, I highly recommend O’Reilly’s auto parts.
It was a pleasure to interact with Ellis. He was professional, but also very approachable and knowledgeable. He took the time to address my concerns and make sure I had everything I needed. What meant the most to me was his willingness to go above and beyond to assist. I’m fully satisfied with my purchase and is clear that he care about both his customers and his team. His excellent customer service truly sets this store apart from others.

This store has friendly helpful staff. Staff are knowledgeable in the inventory in the store. If they don’t have it they go above and beyond to get the product to you. Management is professional and knowledgeable.

Great location, selection, and knowledgeable staff that helped me make the right choice for my vehicle repairs needs. Met the store manager , Mr Thomas, who was instrumental in ensuring that I got what I needed and the advice crucial to completing my repair the right way! I will be back when I need repair parts in the future!!

O'RIELLY is a great resource of OEM parts , yet as a customer, I feel that their store employees should be a little more knowledgeable in the industry of auto parts and the purpose of the parts to better help customers , especially customers, who has none or very little knowledge, in my opinion

Friendly customer service, they were pretty busy when I went in but I wasn't there long. Employee's we're multi tasking checking out customers while answering phone calls at the same time
