Frankie helped me out today and was the absolute best. He got something fixed for me in 10 minutes that I had been struggling with by myself for a couple hours beforehand. O’Reillys always comes in clutch.

Frankie is the man of the hour at this location. I needed to replace my battery in my Jeep Cherokee and didn’t have the proper tools. He knew what I needed to complete the job and provided me the necessary tools. He could not find a 13mm deep socket, so he looked in his personal vehicle and found one! Do not lose Frankie! We need him in Kenmore!!

I never write reviews…However there was a Hispanic female working today at the Kenmore location before 3:pm, (unfortunately I’m terrible with names), but I wanted to thank her for a positive attitude, and a job well done. It’s hard to find great customer service these days, but her and Frank are always helpful and make my experience fast & easy!
So thank you Frank, & {nameless female representative}, your deserving of this five star review.

5/5 Stars Incredible Staff, Above-and-Beyond Service!
I can’t say enough good things about the team at this Kenmore location. The people who work here are truly kindhearted, knowledgeable, and work harder than anyone I’ve seen at any other auto parts store.
When my husband hit a major wall with a complex repair on his truck, their staff was patient, encouraging, and went out of their way to make sure he had everything he needed to get through it. They treat you like family, not just a transaction. Even the customers who shop here reflect that same great energy, offering advice and encouragement.
If you want top-notch customer service from a team that genuinely cares about helping people, skip the other stores and come here. A huge thank you to the staff for going above and beyond!

Shane deserves the highest praise and accommodations.
My Mercedes wouldn’t start in the Kenmore McDonalds parking lot.
I called Mercedes for roadside assistance. I waited three hours only to find that my call had not been processed.
It was cold and raining and I’m a senior citizen and was scared as well.
So I called O’Reillys to see if they could help me.
It wasn’t even 5 minutes and Shane was there to check my battery. He said although it was only a 2022 it didn’t have much life left in it.
So I went inside and purchased a new battery.
He not only put it in for me, he went to his car to get me a blanket to keep me warm!!!
He was extremely respectful of me, but also my car.
He was so assuring and kind I immediately get in control and could safely drive home.
Thank you just isn’t enough. But kudos to whoever hired him. He’s a real gem.
