Early morning, car completely packed for a family ski trip, and it wouldn’t start. I could barely jump it enough to get it to O’Reilly’s. Walked in full of dread and the man who greeted me was incredibly kind. The battery hard charge; the terminals were dirty. Sold me a $3 terminal brush, loaned me a socket to take the things off, super friendly with my kids. Back on the road in 15 minutes, and absolutely saved the vacation. I think about it every time I drive by. Thanks so much!

Cody has been so helpful! I had a check engine light and he came out to help me, without even a second guess. He looked up the code and gave me options and suggestions. He expressed which options had warranties, which didn't and ensured that if I had anymore troubles to come back in and he would help me out.
I felt seen, I felt respected and understood, normally I am on guard in such places but Cody really helped me out and I'll continue to shop at this location just because of the understanding and support.

Coty greeted us in a down to earth friendly manner, the second we walked in the door! I thought wow! What a nice attitude! It was a relief to have someone who genuinely seemed caring and interested in us and willing to help. He proceeded to help find the best bargain and let us know how soon he could get the part we needed, furthermore he was willing to help put the part in. This kind of customer service is few and far between these days. We will be coming back to Liberty Lake Oriellys the next time we need parts. Thank you Coty for amazingly customer service!!!

I stopped at this location after my windshield wiper snapped while I was driving down the freeway in a rainstorm. It was a scary situation. As soon as I walked in, I met Kyle and explained that I had no idea what size wiper I needed, only that mine had broken and I needed a replacement fast. Kyle handled everything with total confidence and professionalism. He quickly identified the exact wiper I needed and explained my options. He also went out of his way to price match other sellers so that I received the best deal possible. His friendly and calming demeanor helped settle both me and my girlfriend after a stressful drive.
After I paid, I told Kyle how much I appreciated his help. He still went above and beyond by coming out to my car, installing the new wipers himself, and teaching me how to do it so that I would know for next time.
Kyle is a five star employee who turned a stressful moment into an easy and positive experience. He is the reason I will continue coming back to this location.

This is by far my favorite O'Reilly location within a 100 mile radius!
Kodiak assisted with a battery and he is definitely a hard worker and very real! Appreciated his honesty.
Went back again to try to get help figuring out why my car was making a sound and Cody assisted me, and I have never had anybody take so much time explaining how parts work and even how to install them.
A raise is in order 🙌
Absolutely blown away by the service here every time, they go above and beyond!
