The associate named Kellen, went above and beyond in accommodating what I needed. A headlight bulb replacement. I appreciated his dilengece in getting the job done

I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts to buy a light bulb for my car, and Alex went above and beyond to help me. He took the time to find the right bulb and even tried to install it for me. It took quite a while, but he stayed patient and kept working on it until he got it installed.
When we eventually realized the bulb wasn't the one I actually wanted, he was incredibly understanding. He took back the old bulb, let me keep the new one, and refunded my money.
Honestly, I'm almost emotional writing this because the amount of time, effort, patience, and kindness he showed me was more than I ever expected. He didn't just do the bare minimum. He genuinely tried to help me, and I could tell he cared about making sure I was taken care of.
I believe people like Alex deserve recognition for the way they treat others. I really appreciate everything he did for me, and I hope his management sees this review and knows what a great employee they have. Thank you, Alex, for making my day and reminding me that there are still people who go out of their way to help others!

Awesome store! Kellen went out of his way to help me & installed my new wiper blades in less than 10 minutes. The store had a steady stream of customers & he could’ve told me he wasn’t able to accommodate my request due to store traffic.
Fortunately, for me, he took the time to do the installation. I really appreciate that, especially, in a time where many retail employees are indifferent to customers.

Outstanding customer service! Ash was incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable from start to finish. We came in with our Toyota RAV4 to purchase new headlamps and windshield wipers, and he went above and beyond by assisting us with replacing them as well.
It’s refreshing to receive this level of customer care. Ash took the time to make sure everything was installed correctly and answered all of our questions with patience and professionalism.
