I had an incredible experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts thanks to Brett. Seriously one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had anywhere.
He was extremely friendly, patient, and genuinely kind from the start. My car battery replacement ended up being more difficult to fit than expected, but Brett didn’t rush, didn’t get frustrated he went above and beyond to get it done right. You could tell he actually cared about helping, not just doing his job and moving on.
It’s rare to come across someone who’s not only skilled but also just a genuinely good person. Brett made a stressful situation way easier, and I left feeling really taken care of. And strangely, I walked away happier than before even after spending money on a new battery (which no one likes to do lol)
I really hope management sees this because he absolutely deserves recognition whether that’s a raise, a bonus, or at the very least company recognition. Employees like him are the reason people come back.

I had a genuinely amazing experience with Woodland O’Reilly Auto Parts.
I’m in the middle of trying to revive an older car that has… ✨issues✨ & came in with a fried alternator & some absolutely destroyed, crispy wiring.
The store manager, Jacob went way out of his way to help me figure things out & get me moving in the right direction. It honestly made what felt like a super overwhelming situation way more manageable.
Also, shoutout to their long hours because I absolutely need that everytime I work on this car.
Super kind, super helpful, & just an all-around great experience. I really appreciated it!

By far the best oreillys I’ve been to. These guys were so willing to help me out! My truck lost voltage and started misfiring coming down Lewis river rd and the first thing I thought was I have to make it to an auto parts store. I can’t remember their names exactly but I want to say it was Brett or Brent, blonde guy, stocky build, that guy was the best. He helped me test my alternator, lended me tools and treated me like a friend. Thanks both Brett and the older gentleman who must’ve been the manager who let me keep my chainsaws in the back while I fixed my truck. YOU GUYS ROCK!

I can’t say enough good things about this O’Reilly Auto Parts store. The staff here are excellent. They’re eager to help, extremely knowledgeable, and most importantly, they don’t try to upsell you or rip you off. Instead of forcing decisions just to make you spend more money, they give you real options, explain the differences, and let you make the choice that works best for you.
Everyone is polite, respectful, and professional. You’re treated like a person, not just another sale. The store itself is always clean, well organized, and efficiently run, which says a lot about how seriously they take their work and their customers.
What really stands out is the atmosphere. It honestly feels like you’re dealing with friends who want to help you get back on the road, not just somewhere you’re going to spend money. Prices are fair, the quality of the parts is solid, and you leave feeling confident you got exactly what you needed.
This is how an auto parts store should be run. I’ll continue coming back and recommending this location to anyone who asks.
