Had a boat trailer bearing explode on the highway. Stopped by O'Reilly Auto Parts and received amazing customer service, the lady who helped me find the hub assembly I needed was top notch and very knowledgeable. They definitely have serious, high quality employees!

Labor Day weekend pre-start; “ had a problem”. O’REILLY, every single time I have a problem you help me out no questions asked.
They offer the help and they go above and beyond .
Bobby Along with some other workers who have helped in the past, you guys are always excellent. I never think twice about going anywhere else. Have a great Labor Day weekend and thank you very much for all of your help over the last few years when I stop in For a purchase and questions.

I needed a new battery in my 2009 Toyota Rav4 while on my way from the eastern UP to Minocqua. An issue arose when the wrong battery was installed by a very young, new employee. The manager, Robert Sellig (Bobby) came in on his day off (what a prince!) and helped with the correct battery and with changing out some bad fuses. When he was unable to remove the fuse box under the hood on the driver's sideoin order to fully remove one of them, he suggested that we leave the car there overnight and he would take it to a shop in the morning to get it removed. We were able to unload two kayaks and two bikes into the back of the store for the night (!), and my brother picked up us and our dog with the gear that we needed that night.
That day was really a hot one, and my dog was allowed to be in the store from time to time to cool off!
Bobby called me in the morning to let me know that I needed a new alternator. Since the alternator might have gone bad during the battery problems, he gave me a great deal on a new alternator and had it installed. When I later arrived to pick up the car, I checked to see if all the electrical items were working and discovered two issues (the radio didn't work and the AWD light wouldn't turn off). Two more fuses did the trick.
What can I say about service like that? It was way over the top and greatly appreciated. I can't speak highly enough about the service I received. THANK YOU, BOBBY!!!

We had a battery in our RV blowup on us and pulled over along the road. We bought a new RARE RV BATTERY in stock over the phone and David DROVE IT OVER TO US!
Amazing! Praise God! We were stranded and now we are sadly on our way. We stoped by the store to reset the check engine light and run a few quick diagnostics and now we are back on the road!

Figured out my boat trailer lights had stopped working during this 4th of July holiday weekend while driving up to Eagle River from Chicago area. After isolating the issue to my vehicle’s trailer wiring (and not the trailer wiring itself), I called around to see if anyone could check the wiring for me as I didn’t want to drive home 5+ hours in holiday traffic with no trailer lights… I was told to check the fuses. I didn’t see any issues with the fuses, so I stopped in at O’Reilly as I drove past and was lucky to speak with Bobby who came out and looked over the fuses with me, and he agreed they seemed fine. He grabbed a voltmeter and checked the wiring for the 4 flat plug and found no power reaching it, indicating a blown fuse somewhere… he suspected it could be the LED light conversion module so he got on the ground and began searching for the module within the wiring run and located the module and dedicated fuse. Went and got a new fuse and it immediately blew again, indicating the module was overheating/bad. He didn’t have the part in stock, but offered to order it immediately for me and gave me the part info. It wouldn’t arrive before I was leaving town… but I was able to find the part and get it shipped to my parents home in Wausau on Sunday was able to replace the module and it successfully resolved the issue. This meant I had working tail lights for 4 of the 5+ hour drive home! Thanks for your help Bobby! I came back in today and bought red shop towels to hang off the back of the boat for the drive to Wausau to be safe!

We have never had such amazing service anywhere. Our check engine light came on, they hooked up the machine told us what was wrong and got us our part. When we got back to camp we had a ton of problems and couldn't get the thermostat to stop leaking. I called and talked to Bobby, who not only brought a new thermostat and more anti freeze to us ( we didn't have a second vehicle) but helped us figure out what was wrong and got it all fixed up in no time! Talk about going above and beyond, I'm so impressed, you just don't find service OR kindness like that anymore! So thank you! You will have all our auto motor needs business from here on out!

I had driven up from Minnesota for a family emergency… Kyle in Eagle River graciously helped me with a light that went out not knowing if driving back in the dark I wanted it working … he literally put my extra bulb I had purchased a 2,pack earlier this year in MN and wouldn’t even take a tip !!! Wonderful employee…customer for life & my granddaughter a new driver now too !!! Joan
