Andrew was the person who assisted me. I was down bad.....and needed a new battery and windshield wipers. First off, he was courteous. Second, he was super knowledgeable. But best...he wanted to help me. When I explained my situation he found the best price for my battery. And even better, he found the right windshield wipers for my car.....ON CLEAREANCE. This is my neighborhood auto parts store and I have consistently had excellent service. But I wanted to shout out Andrew, because this was the best!

Andrew the store employee I GIVE THIS MANN 100% THEN SOME !!!!! look came for a bulb change needed a tool' this guy helped me before I even came to the store. I called in he picked up told me to come in' when I get here I need the works haha haha
This mann held down the store and was able to help me change my bulbs. I BOUGHT LED BULBS JUS CAUSE OF HIS HELP!! THIS MAN HELPED ME AND RAN THE STORE' HE HAD A CO WORKER IN THERE RUNNING THE SHOW TOO!!! HERE BY QT OGF ROSWELL!!!! I'M DEF BE BACK' OOOH AND GOT A REBATE 15 DOLLARS OFF !!!!!!! 💸 💵 💲 GUUD LOOK ANDEW !!!

Hands down best O'Reillys I've ever visited. Not only are they always highly informative and helpful. This particular time, I have to givr Andrew his flowers because he was beyond patient with me, answered all of my questions, and sent me on my way with no worries at all. He was so kind and helpful, 1000/10 service and knowledge!

I felt compelled to write this review today because I had one of the most pleasant customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time, and it deserves to be acknowledged. My car battery died this morning, so I called this O’Reilly’s location for a quote on a replacement. Jovan answered the phone and was incredibly friendly, professional, and made me feel like a valued customer from the start.
Not only did he find me a great price on a new battery, he installed it for me as well. His kindness, patience, and positive attitude are rare in today’s world, and he absolutely deserves recognition for delivering truly world‑class customer service. Thank you for a job well done. You made me a very happy repeat customer, and I’ll definitely be back.
P.S. A suggestion for O’Reilly’s: you really should implement a rewards and recognition program. When I passed my compliment along to the manager on duty, he mentioned that nothing is done for employees who receive positive feedback. That’s disappointing. If customers take the time to share praise for an outstanding employee, that employee should at least receive a small reward — a gift card, recognition, something. Jovan earned it.

When I walked into the store I was greeted nicely. Andrew, Edward and Walt were all very helpful! The day before, Walt and Edward helped me identify if my battery and alternator were working. I came back the next day to get a few nuts and washers to help install a charging sensor on my battery. Andrew was helpful in identifying which parts would fit my sensor. He also helped me pick out windshield wipers and installed them. Andrew helped me pick out a portable battery charger which I'm very happy with. I installed the sensor in their parking lot and I came across a problem. The lead to the sensor was small for the screw it was supposed to go over. Edward found the bit that would make the adjustment to the lead then proceeded to drill it until it fit on the screw. I was extremely thankful for all of their help in getting my son's car back up and running. I will definitely go back with any other auto needs I may have in the future!
