I visited Oreillys yesterday on 12/9/2025 looking for “fluids” for my vehicle. I had no clue on what fluids I needed (I’m just a girl 😩) I just knew that my car was seeming as if it wanted to run hot. A cool guy named Ben assisted me. He helped me find the fluid that I needed which was Antifreeze, whole time I thought antifreeze was the stuff in the can and he corrected me and told me that, that’s called Freon… oops 😬 however once he got me the items that I needed, he went the extra mile and put them in my car for me. Shout out to Ben for being so helpful and informative! Signed by- A girl who knows nothing about cars 😂

Need to have a battery checked. These colder mornings have been hard for the truck to start. Ben tested my battery and found it was failing. He looked up the new battery and swapped them out for me. He also installed the new wipers I purchases aswell. Ben's friendly, competent and fast, had me in in out in what seemed like 20 min. Thanks Been for the great service. Keep it up!

I came to this store needing to have my battery and alternator tested.
Without hesitation, Coltan (Asst. Manager), was outside and assisting me with kindness and understanding.
Upon my battery testing bad, he helped me find the right battery, INSTALLED IT FOR ME, and made sure I was good to go!
He never once made me feel like a stranded female needing a battery changed for me. The customer service was top notch.
This store is lucky to have such kind and courteous staff, all of them.
10/10
I recommend this store to anyone needing superb customer service and quality parts.

Had to jump my truck this morning due to a dead battery. Drove over to O'Reilly's, and Joseph (I think that was his name) had me in and out with a new battery in no time.

The daughter’s car had died at work , so this morning we jumped it . The daughter noticed an egg smell coming from the car and so did I as soon as she had mentioned it. When we got to Orielly’s the manager there Ben , immediately asked about any egg like smells(which he said was a dead giveaway to the battery needing to be replaced) and also confirmed it as he tested it. Sure enough it was a dead battery. Ben went above and beyond by not only diagnosing what the problem was , but got us a new battery and even installed it in less than 10 minutes , and had us both back on the road so we could get to where we needed to be. Thanks again and will do whatever business we can at this location!!!

Fantastic service, Ben the manager and an employee named Daniel came out to install new headlight bulbs for me. They did a great job and were persistent even though my headlight casings were a pain to get into. Very much appreciate them!
