Staff was super helpful when it came to locating the correct parts for my car. I was looking for a cabin air filter, and they were able to pull up all the options they had in stock based on my license plate alone. There was no attempt to try and convince me to buy a more expensive item (in fact, when I said that I wanted a pricier air filter, they indicated that while I was more than welcome to buy it, it wasn't exactly needed). We all know how annoying and uncomfortable it is when you go to a store for something basic and they pressure you into spending more money than you had planned. They also have a lot of other cool products outside of basic automotive related hardware. Lots of things to decorate or upgrade your car (e.g., license plate frames, decals, LED strips, steering wheel covers, etc). So yeah, great store. Clean and organized. Staff more than helpful. You can't go wrong here.

I went to Autozone (because it was closest) to get a battery for my wife's car. They failed miserably. I went one block down the street to a different O'reilly and they helped me in 15 minutes. The only problem was that the top of the battery had a different geometry than the stock battery but I didn't have it with me to compare so it couldn't put it in. I went to this particular O'Reilly and talked to a YOUNG man behind the counter, Brandon, and this time I had the battery from the car plus the replacement. He didn't even have to bring the battery into the store, he knew exactly what it needed, carried the bad battery in, swapped out the other battery and processed my core.
Brandon is an assistant manager there and with the level of knowledge he demonstrated, he has a bright future ahead of him. He really should be managing a store. It's VERY hard to find young people these days with good knowledge of cars and us folks from the previous generations get very frustrated that the people behind the counter can't asnwer the simplest of questions about a car without checking the computer. Brandon has renewed my faith that there is still a population of younger folks that learn about what makes a car tick and how to fix it.
Thank you, Brandon. I greatly appreciate how quickly you were able to get me squared away and that helped me take care of my wife.

Battery went bad. I have mobility problems so it’s rather difficult to get anything done. Brett took care of the replacement and provided me with the updated warranty expiration date as well.
Update: A year later my battery went bad today. The manger, Konstantin personally came outside with a new battery, changed it out and had me on my way. Very good service, much appreciated.
