Definitely shifting from AutoZone to O'Reilly's. Staff here seem to be more knowledgeable on their automotive, also know how to treat a customer even if they don't have the part. They look at competitive stores. Which to me says a lot that they're there for the customer not the sale

I've been a loyal AutoZone customer for over 20 years, but after several disappointing experiences, I decided it was time for a change. Since my family has always trusted O'Reilly Auto Parts back home, I gave this location a try—and I'm glad I did.
Every time I visit, the customer service is outstanding. No matter who I speak with, the staff is consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. The atmosphere is welcoming, and I often find myself staying longer just chatting with the team—something I truly enjoy.
Whenever a part needs to be ordered, it's handled promptly and efficiently, without hesitation. The level of service I've received here has definitely earned my loyalty. I'm officially making the switch from AutoZone to O'Reilly. Keep up the excellent work—you've gained a new long-term customer!

I NEVER write reviews for businesses but my experience here was second to none ! Needed a tool and socket to borrow for 30 seconds to get my vehicle back on the road and made the mistake at starting at the *other* popular auto parts store to be greeted with rude customer service and poor attitude . Walked into this O’Reilly and was immediately greeted with a smile, a wave, and a hello . The 2 guys working the front (I cannot remember their names) offered me tools off of the cart, a bathroom to wash up, and let me know all they cared about was getting me back on the road safely . HUGE thank you to this amazing team ! :)

Christian was a huge help in diagnosing a bad coil in my 2017 Sierra . He has helped me before by sourcing and bringing in parts and he always has a good attitude, and that is hard to find.

Good parts store. You can always find SOMEONE there who knows what he/she's doing. Manager Anne is very good and knowledgeable. 😃

Earl was great helping me solve my problem quickly. My toddler was with me, earl could have easily been aggravated by my curious child being in the way but he instead was kind and loving. He was explaining what he was doing to my toddler, showing him the tools.
We will always come back here just based off this kindness.

I will go here again. The gentleman who helped me was so nice. He helped me put fluids in my car and also taught me how to put it in and what to look for. He treated me like family. 🔥❤️❤️
