Walter Bell helped me & literally is the only reason. I'm leaving this review& the store was very clean and kept. He was very well informed told me exactly what I needed to hear. As far as getting my car taken care of he mention to me, what I need to do and what would be more likely to work in longevity? Great advice, very nice guy. I appreciate it and he was very, very professional and I like the fact that he asked if I needed help which the last 3 stores that I went to They weren't nobody came up. Everybody was doing something else. But Walter is the man we need more customer service representatives like him. I could appreciate that completely. A man that takes his work with pride is a great man.Thank you again, Walter. I'll be more likely to come to this store to get parts. There's anything for my truck.Thanks again

OK, all this writing falls under general customer service and understanding. I bought a oil filter ($20.99 -MBZ) at the Antelope store (BTW Great Manager👍), and the rep pulled the wrong part even though the correct part was looked up and listed on the receipt. I discovered it was the wrong part when I arrived at the oil change station (South Sac) very far from Antelope. I took the wrong filter to the O'Reily on Stockton Blvd and was adamantly told there was nothing she could do to assist me. Repeated requests for assistance fell on death ears. I wiukd have to drive 20-25 miles back to Antelope, according to her. I returned to my vehicle, called the Antelope store Manager who expressed understanding of the situation, returned my funds to my card and told me to keep the item or give it to the Stockton Blvd store to add to their inventory. Why couldn't the Stockton store rep at least try to direct me in a amicable solution- because show lacks general principles of customer service. No thank you -for shopping in her store in the future! If I'm in Citrus Heights I will visit the O'Reillys on Antelope Road anytime!!!

First off, I have 3 older vehicles I’m always working on and fixing and do a lot of buisness with oreillys. Thank you Christopher! Dude is very professional and executes problems with effective strategies. While everyone else just wants me to spend my money you can tell he loves his job and cares about the customers. People like him are the reason I will continue buisness with this location.

Thank you to Tyler for getting everything we needed to fix our battery. My gut told me we needed to go to oreilys after trying to run some errands. Knew what he was doing and took his time getting it done right!!

Just came into this location and had an amazing experience. Chris has absolutely top notch customer service, was very friendly and went above and beyond to help us. As soon as we walked through the door he politely greeted us and immediately was ready to help us with whatever we needed. Will be coming back for sure and would highly recommend this location.

As an older woman who does not know much at all about my car maintenance and problems, I can tell you this, I trust this O'Reilly Auto Parts store!!!!!
I have been going here for more than 2 years and have trusted Christopher, Manager and his staff with my auto parts and repairs.
I am welcomed, treated with utmost respect and kindness. I feel confident that no matter what car problems I have, they will help me, advise me and take care of my situation.
A problem that an auto repair shop quoted me would've cost me well over $2,000.00, cost me, today, $180.00!!!
Tell me, as a senior woman, no knowledge of car repairs, I did pretty good!
I am totally blessed to have O'Reilly, Christopher and his staff in my life!!!
