I had the best experience at O’Reilly’s with a kid named Angel that worked there. I was trying to get my oil changed, but there was a piece broken so I pulled up to O’Reilly’s when I realized my seven month old teething, baby finally fallen asleep so I called O’Reilly’s, and Angel answered. I was explaining the problem to him, but in girl terms lol I told him I was outside and he came out and looked underneath The hood of my van to figure out the issue. I decided the part was not worth replacing after he brought me a price when I can just have someone else do the oil change. He brought me the price for all the stuff to get an oil change. (He’s bringing receipts out with all the items and the total printed for me to see) After seeing the price of everything for the oil change, I decided yes I wanted to do that. But I really did not want to wake up my seven month old to go in there for 10 seconds. So I asked him if he could take my card and just run inside and pay for it and bring me out the stuff. After getting a manager permission, he took my card paid for the stuff and bought me everything back. And I did not have to wake up my teething, baby lol this was amazing experience. He went out of his way to help make everything easier when he didn’t have to. I’ve always went to AutoZone. But after seeing how this kid went out of his way, I will definitely be returning to O’Reillys.

Omg Mr.Terry was sooo helpful! I had a bad battery and van would not start in the parking lot of o Reilly but I was in another part of the lot kinda far and Mr Terry walk all the way over to test my battery also got my van to start so it was able drive over to the store where Mr Terry got me setup with a new and affordable battery while making sure my passages and I were cool and comfortable i remember the weather being a lil warm but Mr. Terry was right on time! I now go to this location for all my auto support!

Was there recently and was helped out by Angel to change the battery on our vehicle. He was extremely helpful and was very amazing to work with. He had great customer service and support and put it in hard work to change the large and difficult battery. I appreciated the help it was a very smooth and reliable experience. Highly recommend asking for Angel next time you’re there!

I had the best experience while visiting O’reilly auto parts, the gentleman that attended us was so courteous and friendly , we left satisfied and happy with his professionalism and he helped us get everything we needed while being so nice, his name was Terry!! Thank you and we’ll visit again 👍🏼😄

O’Reilly always has great customer service but tonight they went above and beyond. I wanna give a shout out to Terry!!
Terry is stellar!! I came in close to closing time and I needed a new battery and new headlights. Terry helped me find the right ones and he installed both for me!! Even though he was short on time, he was generous with his and did me a huge favor. Terry took care of me. I couldn’t have asked for a better helper tonight.

Great experience! Thank you to the assistant manager, my battery died and I needed it tested. He not only tested my battery and alternator he also installed a new battery. Thank you for being so kind. The staff that day were 5 star

Terry really was out this way busting his but! Man was solo doing all the battery changes and very professional. Definitely made me feel comfortable and if I have car needs this is the place I'll be coming back to 100%. Thanks Terry hope he gets to see this review and know how appreciated he is.
