I just needed to puck up some antifreeze for my 1993 Ford Ranger. The antifreeze was up front to the left of the door and easy to find. I was in and out within 3 minutes to get my truck back on the road. Thanks

They are the nicest. I wish I got her name, but there was a woman at the desk who helped. My check engine light was on, so she let me use the tool to plug it in to run a diagnostic, then printed it out for me to take to a mechanic. I also got new windshield wipers, and she wiped down my windows AND installed them for me. She was so nice. I don't remember her name, but I know she had a pet snake that lived to be 30 years old... hopefully that identifies her :)

The recent monsoon made it abundantly clear that I needed to replace my windshield wipers. JUNIOR in the Pleasant Hill store figured out that I needed two different sizes, one for the driver’s side and one for the passenger side (who would have known?) and installed them quickly and efficiently.

The staff sets the bar high for professionalism, courteous, and also helping us save money. My mom came to town needing to get some things for her old 08 Corolla base trim. Her headlights needed to be cleaned and she usually goes for turtle wax but luckily the staff recommended a different brand which was way cheaper. They didn't have to do that and even educated her on how to apply it. Any questions she had they happily answered without making us feel like novices unlike other auto part places. This is the first time I've actually been to this store though I've passed it plenty of times but if I ever need help or have any questions I will definitely go back here for the amazing atmosphere and recommend this to others.
