I cannot tell you how much of an amazing person Earl was when my vehicle broke down in front of this O'Reilly's, Earl was beyond helpful in getting me the parts I needed ordered and let me park the vehicle out front for a day while I waited to come back and install the parts since I live across town. If O'Reilly's reads this, that man deserves a raise for how much he genuinely cares about helping his customers out. Huge thank you again to him for making an unpleasant situation much less unpleasant.

If you need a part that nobody else have, CALL O'REILLY'S!! They not only have it but they have it at the store nearest to you! You will pay a little bit more but you will have it NOW!! TEN STARS!! 🤩

My daughter and I went to get a bulb for her bronco. The gentleman I would say older gentleman but I think I may be older than him, he had a cane and not only helped my daughter find the correct bulb but changed it for her in and out in less than 10 minutes! It’s nice that there are places and people were service is number 1

I had an OUTSTANDING experience at this O'Reilly Auto parts store. Earl the associate who helped me sold me some badly needed windshield wipers, strode out to the car and installed them in nothing flat. He had a GREAT attitude. I wasn't surprised that Earl had decades of experience working on cars. For me, Earl and O'Reilly are number one and I won't go any where else!

Definitely shifting from AutoZone to O'Reilly's. Staff here seem to be more knowledgeable on their automotive, also know how to treat a customer even if they don't have the part. They look at competitive stores. Which to me says a lot that they're there for the customer not the sale

I've been a loyal AutoZone customer for over 20 years, but after several disappointing experiences, I decided it was time for a change. Since my family has always trusted O'Reilly Auto Parts back home, I gave this location a try—and I'm glad I did.
Every time I visit, the customer service is outstanding. No matter who I speak with, the staff is consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. The atmosphere is welcoming, and I often find myself staying longer just chatting with the team—something I truly enjoy.
Whenever a part needs to be ordered, it's handled promptly and efficiently, without hesitation. The level of service I've received here has definitely earned my loyalty. I'm officially making the switch from AutoZone to O'Reilly. Keep up the excellent work—you've gained a new long-term customer!
