O'Reilly in Daphne is awesome. They are always helpful and pleasant to deal with. Today, Ian went out of his way to make sure my problems were solved, and that I had the right product. His incredible knowledge and willingness to share is very commendable.

They should rename this place Ricky’s Auto Parts. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years for multiple vehicles and this dudes never been stumped. He can rattle of an answer before you could type it into google. I’ve seen him change light bulbs that I couldn’t figure out in my super duty with one hand without looking, just by memory. Not many guys out there like him these days.

Had a Great experience, I know nothing about cars but the employee Ian was so awesome, he installed my wiper blades and put oil in my car,never been to a part store where they literally cared for me and my vehicle....5 stars Ian, management needs to give you a raise!! :)

Save your money and get a quick scan at O’Reilly’s for Free! I had an engine light pop up and I knew it was going to cost me a few bucks. I’d had a moment so I stoped by O’Reilly’s in Daphne,Al to get the bad news. Tony, was quick to help out. He did a scan, pulled a report and confirmed it was a sensor reading. Nothing big or expensive. I have been through the check engine light issue before, with a $150 scan, plus the hourly rate Tony at O’Reilly’s save the day Thanks again for the great service See you next time

Stopped in to pick up a couple items, found what I wanted, and was able to check out fairly efficiently. Typically there is only one Parkinson working on the desk, so if there are more than two people in the store, often times folks are needing them to look up a particular part for their vehicle, so the wait time can be significant.
I have tried shopping online, however, when I go to pick the part up, they seem to be as confused as ever about how to fulfill the order.

Shop that did my tire change gave me a list of things i needed to replace so i slipped into O'Reilly trying not to look all nervous and out of place like a stereotypical chick cliche, clutching my phone in a death grip, begging google for answers so i don't have to talk to anyone. Really glad store manager Ian noticed cause I was having zero luck on my own. There were like 4 guys there, all super nice and helpful. Store mgr Ian looked up my parts, took me to find them, told me what was on sale, and then he offered to help me install some of the parts. I know that's a service they regularly offer but I didn't even know where to look to find the engine air filter to replace it so I'm incredibly grateful. Long story short, go to O'Reilly Auto. They won't make you feel stupid, they probably have anything you need or can order it, and they'll help you as much as they can. Store Mgr Ian runs a good store.
