I stopped into the store to pick up a few things and noticed that Colleen appeared to be the only person working out front. There may have been others in the back, but she was the one taking care of customers. She was polite, professional, and clearly cared about doing the job right. You don’t find that everywhere.
At 71, with years of experience in retail and service industries, I’ve developed a pretty good eye for people with potential. Colleen strikes me as someone whose abilities could benefit the company well beyond her current responsibilities.
She wasn’t just going through the motions. She was doing her job well and taking pride in it. If I were evaluating employees for greater responsibility, Colleen would be at the top of my list. I hope management recognizes what they have in her.

Been having problems with a recurring malfunction on my climate control panel. Went to O'Reilly's today on Stockton Hill road in Kingman Arizona & Heath actually came out to my truck and checked out that my fan wasn't the problem. It wasn't I had the entire system rebuilt about 5 years ago. I cannot get the new climate control panel to function (reset), so going back tomorrow and have notified heath, he is going to help me again. This kind of above and beyond customer service is why I keep going back to O'Reilly's. And he is top of the line. Thank you

Our vehicle broke down while we were traveling, and Nicole, Drake and Jarrett turned a very stressful situation into a positive experience. From the moment we walked in, they were patient, kind, professional, and genuinely cared about helping us.
They took the time to understand what was going on, walked us through every product and solution the store had available, and helped us find all the parts we needed. They also shared helpful ideas and recommendations that ultimately got us safely back on the road.
Their knowledge, dedication, and outstanding customer service made all the difference. Because of their help, we were able to continue our trip safely. Nicole, Drake Nd Jarrett provided exceptional care. Thank you for going above and beyond, we truly appreciated everything you did.

As always, they have the parts Im looking for or get them in quickly. This visit, the filter I needed wasn't on the shelf but had just come in and the box hadn't been unpacked yet. The young man that helped me unpacked the box while I waited in a few minutes. Great products, great service! There's a reason O'Reilly's is the parts store my family relies on.

How did bulb go out and was on my way out of town. Jarrett was a fine young man and employee. He what is willing to put the bulb in and it's so with professionalism. I was very appreciative because I did not have any tools with me. Thank you Jarrett.
