This store deserves a ton of credit. My son's car needed a new battery and getting of work late I assumed they are open till 10 pm so when I called at 8:38 pm rushing over, I was told they close at 9 pm, I told Torn the awesome gentleman who answered the phone that I need a battery to be replaced & I'll be there in 10 minutes, you could hear his initial hesitation saying "you're cutting kinda close", & he could of easily send me to another store about 3 miles out that's ppen till 10 pm, but his response right after was "come on in & what kind of car is it so I can get the process rolling ". When I got there 12 minutes till closing, they were already wrapping up with no customers in the store. Torn was already on top of it and never showed any disappointment that I was there so late, instead very enthusiastically got the battery & very cheerfully went to work in the dark to replace the battery. Infact we were having a very engaging conversation while the battery was replaced. The whole experience was so amazing while I was frustrated that I had to deal with a bad battery, however with Torn's kind heart everything was done well & timely and gave both my son & I a peace of mind. While it was all done well passed closing time, Torn was very gracious & didn't expect anything for his extra time & effort, infact when I went inside the store to give him a little gratitude he looked surprised that it was even considered. Then when I asked if I could make a quick return of couple items I bought earlier that morning that I didn't use since my battery held up throughout the day, he without any hesitation said bring it in & completed the return. I tell,l you Torn is amazing folks with a big heart. Thank you very kind sir 🙏 😊

I want to give credit where it’s due. I went in to get a brake light, and the store was very busy. Ivan was incredibly attentive and funny, and he politely asked me to stand by while he helped the other waiting customers. Other attendants also asked if I needed help in between other customers.
Once he was ready, he quickly prepared everything for the brake light change and had the job done in just a few minutes. He was professional, efficient, and courteous throughout the entire experience.

I came into the store tonight with an AC problem with my SUV, and Toren was incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain what was wrong and how to fix it, rather than just trying to sell me expensive parts like some of the other stores I visited.
I really appreciated how knowledgeable, honest, and respectful he was. He never made me feel like I didn’t understand what was going on. Thank you, Toren, for your time and expertise—I truly appreciate your help!

Lavelle was super helpful in helping me find the right lug nuts for my vehicle. I was going to give up since the previous ones didn’t fit, but he persisted in making sure I find the right ones. Great customer service!!

Lavelle was beyond helpful as he actually walked outside to help me identify what the actual problem was with a part I was attempting to install. He recognized a piece of the auto part was missing and help me purchase and quickly install the correct item. This assistance went along way with my vehicle upkeep and I will always be a loyal customer of O'reilly Auto Parts, especially the one he works at on the Northeast corner of Bethany Home road and 7th street in Phoenix AZ.
