I talked to the manager Ben, he is absolutely phenomenal!! Not only was Ben's customer service the best I've ever had at any auto parts store, he was very educated in his craft! He knew the products along with any side effects that may come from that product. Ben was very nice, very knowledgeable and gave me the piece of mind to only go to that store location for our company needs and wants! Thank you Ben if you read this! Hands down the cleanest auto parts store I've been too as well. He should definitely teach management skills to the filmore location! Ben also needs a pay raise! I don't get along well with other's, yet we hit it off immediately! Thank you for our service to this amazing country as well Ben!

I want to give a huge shoutout to Ryan at the O’Reilly Auto Parts on Centennial Boulevard in Colorado Springs.
I came in last night about ten minutes before closing, needing to exchange a bottle of BlueDevil radiator sealant for the head gasket sealant I actually needed. It was late, they were about to close, and I know that is exactly the kind of situation where a customer could easily be rushed out or told to come back another day.
Ryan did the opposite.
He handled the situation with patience, professionalism, and genuine customer care. I am not sure if he is a manager, but he carried himself like someone who understands that good service is what keeps customers coming back. I have spent thousands of dollars with O’Reilly over the years, and experiences like this are exactly why I keep choosing them over the competition.
Ryan really came through for me when I needed help, and I do not take that lightly. Not everyone would have taken the time or made the effort to help a customer right before closing, but he did. That kind of service deserves recognition.
O’Reilly should be proud to have Ryan on their team. He represents the company extremely well.

Ok, I hate leaving reviews BUT the manager, Ashley, was amazing when we need some bulbs replaced. It was pouring rain, lighting, thunder, everything, but she was determined to help us, despite one bulb not coming out. We even had to change bulbs twice. She really helped us in a pinch and was kind throughout the whole process. This is my second time at this O’Reilly’s and they have gone above and beyond both times. Thank you!

I truly had a great experience at this O’Reilly. Jon helped me, and he was very pleasant and efficient. I will definitely come back to this location because the workers are so friendly. I picked up a battery, a crimper and butt connectors.
