I looked online and what I needed was only available at O'reilly's. It wasn't my preferred O'reilly's but it was the closest that had it in stock. The website was helpful and sent me to this one I called to make sure and the staff was nice, helpful, and verified they did have it and offered to hold it. They were fairly busy but they all tended to their customers with great service. Something I do and thinks should be done well if you are in that business. It will make a loyal customer out of me as well. The woman that helped me was patient, helpful, and offered intelligent advice and support as I had 2 options I wasn't entirely sure of. I'm new to the area so I'm happy to know there is an option where I can go for great service! 👍

i forgot the guys name but i think he drives a red suv dude was super helpful and went way above and beyond to try and help me find my parts i would highly recommend this o rileys but specifically him thanks again man

Mike the manager, was a great help, she let me come in before the store ever opened get my part so I can continue plowing snow, what a great place to go when you're in an emergency , if I ever have a breakdown again in the morning call Mom before they open I'll definitely go there, bless it's a massive store, they probably got anything and everything you'd ever need karma for a car or truck, or anything Automotive, again thanks Mike

My service this morning was top notch. James the assistant manger went above and beyond. I asked him if he could check my battery for me which he did all good.Told him I need to get lift supports for my hood.I was surprised when he asked me if he could put them on for me. Outstanding customer service.

I shop here as they generally have someone knowledgable up front to help drill down the exact part I need. As someone new to wrenching on my family fleet of vehicles this is why I come to a brick and mortar store. Buying parts online, although cheaper, is a craps shoot. Having someone carefully walk me through, asking questions, and verifying parts is worth paying a little more most of the time. Nick here is great! Was very thorough and patient with my inexperience. Occasionally there's someone at the front that doesn't really know how to help but that's true 90% of the time at other parts stores I've been to. This is my first stop always

Went to this location because it’s close to My house. Just got a brand new car in August and already needed new windshield wipers! To my enjoyment, I was greeted and treated very kindly when walked in the building, the man behind the counter. His name was Mike helped me with not only picking the right windshield wipers, but also installing them for me and showing me how to do it so I can do them for myself in the future. If I could give a 10+ score I would great customer service. I’ll be coming back.

Will shop here again. Natallee does NOT annoyingly point to where parts are, she actually walks you to them. Others should take notice. Two thumbs up for her👍🏼👍🏼
