The O'Reilly's team in Walsenburg, Colorado, is absolutely amazing! They are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind.
I am not a mechanic. My husband usually sends me to the parts store pretty well informed, but sometimes we have to rely on the employees at the parts store to help us understand what is needed and what all our options are when our vehicles break down.
Several times now, the Walsenburg O'Reilly's team has gone above and beyond to help us save money, track down parts, and gather supplies. They have even gone as far as to help us find the correct locations of hard-to-find items.
Once, we had a 1997 International bus break down. We didn't know the exact part we needed or where to get it once we found it. O'Reilly's didn't carry the part, but a Walsenburg O'Reilly's team member worked diligently to help us track down the part we needed anyways, and they directed us to two places where we could likely find it. It was amazing! Although there was no sale for O'Reilly's, they still went above and beyond to ensure that we knew what we were after!
Another time, we broke down in their parking lot, and they not only ordered the parts we needed but also let us fix our truck there. Shortly after that, two of their team members, one of whom was a manager, pulled up three short videos to show me where the oil and fuel filters were on our Ford F350 diesel!
The Walsenburg O'Reilly's team continues to humble and amaze us! They truly care about the community, the experience, and your vehicles! Whether you are a local resident or just traveling through, stop by and check these guys out for all of your vehicle repair and maintenance needs! They do a great job at caring for the people and the vehicles!

This is great! Having an O'Reilly auto parts in Walsenburg. A small town south of Pueblo and so convenient, just off of interstate 25. I stopped in here to get a can of spray paint for a home project. I was greeted immediately. Good customer service.

Adam is helpful and always professional - but Sophia is the BEST! I needed some specific hoses made, so she led me to the back to look at all the fittings. Sadly I needed them quickly, not able to wait to order them online. They had ABsolutely everything in stock - tons of other stuff too - so she said they'd be ready shortly. I ran down to the grocery store and right back. They were ready for me! Smart, helpful, and human! Difficult to find sometimes, but here's a few! Also important is to shop locally, so they stay in business!!!! Just look at the restaurants that have come and gone. Does everyone cook at home? "Food for thought."

I stopped in because I needed help opening my oil cap, it was too tight that no one could open it. Adam was very friendly and quick to get it open so we could get back on the road!

William was really nice and helpful. There’s another guy with a long beard that ran diagnostics for us and said we needed a new fuel pump, he was helpful but we didn’t really enjoy him talking negatively about the towns people it was just off putting. He told us not to use the mechanic JR’s auto but we were glad we went to him because his diagnostic machine was way better and more detailed and he did a fantastic job and saved us $300 for a fuel pump we didn’t need and pretty much saved our trip. The lady that works there is really nice and helpful too. Overall good place for parts and help but if their machine says you need an expensive part I recommend calling JR’s to run diagnostics before purchasing an expensive part.
