Whitey was awesome and smiley super helpful. He let me use some tools when I was in need and all in all fixed my vehicle and got it running smooth. He really helped me out with the things that I needed for my vehicle to get it back running. And his computer system let me know what was wrong so we could get it fixed. Thanks, Whitey. Jessie was awesome!! Went in to get a part for my window washer dispenser. Told told him I had just come from the dealer where they wanted $165 plus the part which was $22 to fix it. Jesse came out to my car diagnosed. It went inside the store. Got a scrap piece of wire tubing and installed it for me. Unbelievable customer service will remember this and only shop here. Thanks, Jesse.

Every single employee at this location is so kind and helpful. I’ve visited several times over the past year or so and every time I do I get top notch customer service. Without having to ask my new wiper blades were installed. When I went back to ask about an issue with one of the blades they replaced both of them with an upgraded set and didn’t charge me. They are my “go to” auto parts store!

This THE all time OReilly’s to do business with….thank you to Connor, Barry and the rest of the team. Every time I stop in - headlights , auto supplies, unknown dashboard warning lights suddenly appearing, tire questions, battery needs- these guys are SO accommodating. Go here FIRST before you head to the garage mechanic you think you know……they are all knowledgeable and you can trust them. They’ll point you in the right direction if needed elsewhere. Courtesy , knowledge and customer friendly- don’t hesitate to go a bit out of your way to show up for these guys.

Got off work, went to get dinner, came out and my car wouldn’t start. We stopped at O’Reilly’s and Jesse was quick to greet us as we entered, and he took the time to look at my car to see if he could change the battery for us without any hesitation. He was hysterical and had my husband and I cracking up! He was so kind and genuine and turned a crappy experience into a pleasant one….as pleasant as it could be spending that kind of money these days. Honestly, you couldn’t ask for a better manager anywhere in my opinion! When you have someone like that running a store, it makes all the difference for the entire team. I will definitely return to this location if a situation arises. Thank you, Jesse, for fixing Onyx! She feels much better now!

On the weekend of 2/27 the start of Bike Week in Daytona my bf’s battery on his Harley gave out. He went online and found an auto parts store. We drove there and they had closed earlier than they were supposed to. luckily O. Reilly Auto Parts was right across the street. We had the pleasure of meeting Conner who helped us out tremendously and was so friendly. He saved our ass and hooked us up. Kudos to him and his boss for having what we needed when we needed it. No other Auto Parts store needed. Thank you Conner! Rock on!
