Man, was I having a hard week, then this morning my car battery died. My husband works up North states away and I was feeling really defeated and full of worry. My 75 year old dad helped jump me and I headed up to this store. Delano helped calm my worries right away, he was so sweet, so professional and took care of not only the battery, putting it in, he made sure my key fob was working and low and behold it needed new batteries also. Not only did he give me peace about my car, the two most precious, uplifting, and professional girls at the front desk ( Aurora and Johanna) complimented me, met me with all smiles, and even gave me a candy to cheer me up. Most of the time we have no idea what is happening in someone’s life and these 3 had no idea of my week. But in those 30 minutes I spent there, they warmed my heart, brightened my spirits, and totally changed the direction of thoughts from the past week from negative Nancy to “Man I love this life and the beautiful humans it’s puts in our paths to bless us”. Thank yall so much for bringing the light back into my heart. They don’t just change batteries here, their presence and warmth literally changed my entire week and I’m so grateful for the pit stop here. Yall should definitely come to this store for any of your auto or cheering up needs;) thanks guys!

Tyler is incredible. Our van died at a red light as we were coming into town on vacation from two states away. We lost power steering, AC, the guages were flipping out, etc. I assumed it was the battery and replaced it. It died again on the way to dinner. A quick phone call with Tyler and he got us figured out and hooked up with an alternator. The next day on his way into work, he even met us at our condo so I could follow him to the store in case it died again on the way. Got it swapped it out right there in the parking lot, and we've been running like a champ ever since. He compassionately went above and beyond and not only saved the rest of our family's vacation, he made the bad part better. I hope someone with the ability to give him a raise sees this because he deserves it. Thank you a billion times, Tyler. O'Reilly is blessed to have you on their team.

So my goldfish, Bubbles, was looking rough—floating sideways, barely moving. Total panic mode. I didn’t know what to do, so instead of going to a pet store or a vet like a normal person, I drove straight to Oreilly (don’t ask me why, I just knew car guys always have random solutions).
I walked in and told the guy at the counter, “My goldfish is dying, I need help.” He just stared at me for a second, then said, “Say less.”
Within minutes, the entire store turned into an emergency fish hospital. One guy grabbed a fuel line siphon kit and rigged it into a makeshift air pump. Another grabbed a headlight bulb, hooked it up to a battery, and turned it into a mini heat lamp to stabilize the water temp. Somebody else came running with a bottle of coolant tester fluid, claiming it was “close enough to check the pH.”
They even used a windshield washer fluid reservoir as a temporary fish tank—filled it with bottled water from the employee fridge, set it on the counter, and carefully placed Bubbles inside.
And I swear on my life, after about ten minutes under their MacGyver setup, Bubbles twitched, flipped upright, and started swimming again. The entire store cheered. A customer buying brake pads yelled, “He lives!”
When I left, they gave me a free air freshener and told me to “keep the little dude in the fast lane.”
Long story short, Connor is a genius and Oreilly will be my go-to from now on!

Conner and Juan deserve to be recognized for their outstanding customer service. I have come to this location serval times and they are always extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. They helped me look up and choose appropriate products for my 1994 truck as well as instruct me on how to use the products. They deliver top notch customer service that is rare these days. This location is out of my way but due to these two workers I will be always choosing oreillys and this specific location for all my auto needs.

We were on vacation and our van over heated and broke down. Called Oreilly’s and they had the part in stock. We limped the van there and I got the part and tools to work on the van. Unfortunately there was an additional part broken and by the grace of God they also had that part in stock as well. This is normally a part a store would not keep in stock so we were very lucky. This ordinarily would’ve kept us dead in the water which would have been detrimental being that we were 14 hours from home. I believe it was Connor and Juan (I apologize if I got the names wrong but you fellas know who you are!) that were working at the time and let me tell you, these gentleman were so incredibly helpful and just polite through the entire stressful situation. Offered any help and also lended flashlights as well as knowledge as it was dark at 830 at night. These guys alone turned what could’ve been an awful experience into something we could look back on and appreciate their kindness. Southern hospitality is a real thing and these gentlemen took it to a new level. Just wanted to leave this review to thank them and to give others the confidence in this particular Oreilly’s.
