I came here to replace a few lights on my 2015 Honda CRZ, I worked with one of the managers Carson first, they didn't have my done light replacement in stock so he ordered it with no issue,very friendly and knowledgeable. Fast Forward to picking up the order, Thomas was super cool and friendly as I walked in the store. He found the order no problem plus checked out a few other items I needed for the car. Excellent customer experience, please give these dudes a shout out! Maybe even lunch. I'll definitely be back to this location for any future car needs!

I had a really positive experience during my recent visit to O’Reilly Auto Parts. The customer service there truly stood out. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the store manager Grillo who was friendly, patient, and ready to help.
I wasn’t completely sure which part I needed, but the manager took the time to ask a few questions and looked everything up to make sure I got the correct item for my vehicle. He explained my options clearly and made sure I understood the difference between the parts.
What impressed me the most was their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile to help. It made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
Thank you to the staff for providing such excellent service. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this store to friends and family.

I recently visited O’Reilly Auto Parts and wanted to share how impressed I was with the customer service. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and ready to help.
The employee who assisted me madianette took the time to listen to what I needed and helped me find the right part quickly. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, which made the process easy and stress-free. It’s not every day you find people who genuinely care about helping customers the way they did.

I had the BEST experience at O’Reilly’s! After two other stores told me they couldn’t help replace my headlight—and after I spent two frustrating hours trying myself—I walked in feeling defeated.
Grillo immediately stepped in and said, “I can help or I can get you someone who can.” He was friendly, confident, and incredibly knowledgeable. Within 15 minutes, my tricky headlight was assessed, purchased, and perfectly installed.
Absolutely outstanding customer service. Grillo saved the day, and O’Reilly’s has earned a customer for life!
