Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!! If I could give 1000 stars, I would! I arrived first thing in the morning after a long drive to Orlando. My 'low engine oil' alert flashed as I stopped getting off I4. I checked my phone for the closest auto parts store and by the grace of God, this O'Reilly's was the closest. I went in just to grab a quart of oil, add it, and leave. Assistant Manager Oreste insisted on helping me. He showed me that I was completely out of oil and saved me a blown engine. I felt like I was back home in New England and my big brother was making sure I was safe to travel. Thanks again!!!

This Branch Location is the highest in Customer Service, Hospitality, and overall service. The Staff is always on time and helpful. The Manager Carlos has created an amazing team that raises the bar for the Industry. Tay is a staff member who is definitely mentionable as well. We were on vacation and our navigation/ infotainment system went totally dark. The internet told us how to do a hard reset but we didn’t have any tools so since we use O’Reilly’s back home and they are always so helpful we stopped at this store in Orlando. Tay was so friendly, kind, knowledgeable and professional and helped us disconnect the battery and then reconnect it. The system was fixed! I can’t express my gratitude enough for not only Tay’s help but his kindness and helpful attitude. We never felt like a bother, just a couple that he was willing to help with nothing in it for him. Thanks, Tay! Great job! Give that man a raise.
