Popped in for 3 wiper blades and snagged a good BOGO deal. The store manager, Giovanni, was kind enough to offer to install them. Turned out it’s a good thing he did because the Bosch wipers didn’t fit. Giovanni swapped them out for a comparable set, installed them without incident, and I drove away a satisfied customer.

I had a wonderful experience today when I went into this store. The only worker there before 8 o’clock. He was very knowledgeable. I wanna say his name was Mr. Y. When I saw him, he was wearing his yellow apron like he was ready to work,on what ever you needed.He knew exactly what you needed when 2 customers asked him questions prior to helping me. He was able to explain when I asked about my bulbs for my vehicle.He took his time to insure I had the correct brake lights and back up Light bulbs and installed them without any problems. I was very impressed and pleased with the service. He Deserves recognition and compensation. This type of service is absolutely where a customer like myself would like to spend my money for great customer service with a smile anytime .

My journey started next door at Auto Zone. My Auto Zone battery (their brand, bought at their store) died under warranty. While standing in line I watched the guy there be rude to two other customers before being rude to me and telling me he couldn't help me because I wasn't in their system - not shopping at Auto Zone anymore.
Luckily, at the O'Reilly's next-door Desiree was super nice and super helpful. Took the time to test my battery, helped me pick a new one (made sure it was correctly in their system) and helped me put it in. I'm shopping there from now on.

Eduardo & Amy were so helpful and kind to me when my jeeps radiator cracked on me when I was an hour from home. They went above & beyond and made sure I got everything I needed , even helped me find a mechanic who could replace it same day even though it was almost 8pm! They made my 3 year old who was with me the entire time very comfortable and offered drinks and snacks. Such kind people!! I would definitely recommend this oriellys location to anyone , and would definitely ask for Eduardo & Amy next time! Thank you guys so much for being such nice people !

Mr. Raleigh at this store had the ultimate customer service. My oil cap popped off and he drove me to work and picked up the cap early just so it would be there by my lunch break. Great man with great customer service! I can tell he puts the customer first. Thank you Mr. Raleigh!!
