I want to give a huge shoutout to Kevin and his manager for the amazing customer service they provided! I came in needing help with my brake light, and the manager mentioned that it could possibly be a fuse.
Kevin took his time to help me figure out where the fuse was and checked everything carefully. After that, he realized that I still needed a new brake light and made sure I understood what was going on.
I really appreciate Kevin taking the time to help me instead of rushing me through. Both Kevin and his manager were kind, patient, and genuinely willing to help. It’s not every day you come across people who take that extra step for a customer.
Thank you, Kevin and your manager, for your patience, professionalism, and great customer service! You both deserve recognition! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
