Exceptional Customer Service!
I had an absolutely outstanding experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts, and I want to take a moment to recognize Rosey !!! who went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.
From the moment I walked in, Rosey was amazing !!! Her professionalism, patience, knowledge, and genuine willingness to help were immediately apparent. They didn’t make me feel rushed or like “just another customer.” Instead, they took the time to listen, understand what I needed, and personally made sure everything was handled correctly.
What really stood out was the level of care and customer service. You can tell when someone is simply doing their job versus when someone truly takes pride in helping people — and Rosey absolutely exemplified the latter. She went the extra mile, remained courteous and attentive throughout the entire experience, and made what could have easily been a stressful situation feel completely manageable.
Customer service like this deserves to be recognized. In a time when exceptional service can be hard to find, Rosey reminded me that there are still people who genuinely care about the customers they serve.
Five stars doesn’t even feel like enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great customer service!
I had a hard time looking for a part for my old Honda. Surprisingly, they were able to order it for the same day and it turned out to be less expensive than I expected.
They were quite patient and very nice, even considering that they were busy.
I will definitely come back again!
