I think the delivery drivers as women are great as well as everyone else at nelson rd Oriellys in Lake Charles La great service and tons of friendly patients and always have exactly the parts I need and they go far and beyond helping ME get my trucks tractors and other vehicles back into top top shape thanks Oriellys - from Jesse at Concho Catlle- to whom it concerns im sorry I had made the biggest mistake of selecting 1 star on accident here's my 5 those guys deserve the best bc they give me there all compared to any other Orielly parts store in surrounding parishes

The folks here are great. They have helped my family several times. Recently, my son’s car was running very badly. Ethan was very helpful diagnosing the problem and getting him back on the road. Thanks Ethan! Great job.

I went into the Oreilly’s on Nelson rd on 11/3/2025 because I needed some tools to fix my car and a part for my car. For context, I was having one of worst days of my life this day. I was greeted immediately by the counter personnel upon entering the store with “welcome to Oreilly’s, is there anything we can help you with just let us know”. For me I like to look around first before buying anything unless I’m in a serious hurry so I told them “not just yet but I will need help in a moment”. I found the items I needed and then upon walking up to the counter I was asked “ is there was anything else I needed help with sir?”. I told them what part I needed for my car and they promptly entered the information into the computer asking all the required car information and making sure we had the right make, model, and size engine. Then I was showed a list of brands in the computer and they asked which one I would like to choose. I asked about all of the differences between the brands and prices and they were happy to explain it all to me without hesitation. I chose the mid-tier brand of what I was buying because I didn’t want to overspend but I also wanted a quality item that would last longer. After completing my purchase upon exiting the store they said , “thanks for choosing oreilly’s, come back and see us again some time”. And on my way out I left my car keys on the counter and just as I was about to turn around and head back into the store, the young man ran outside and handed me my car keys and I thanked him. Overall, I had a great customer service experience here that actually helped turn my bad day around because of the positive attitudes and family feel here. I used to shop at other Oreilly’s stores and autoparts stores around Lake Charles closer to where I live, but I now use this location as my preferred store and have since returned to this location many times.

Man, I walked into O'Reilly today to get a battery for my key fob. Although it was a simple task Mrs Crystal and Mrs Sussie were very professional & knowledgeable with a great attitude. I can spent my money anywhere, but I prefer going there people treat you with kindness. THANKS!!

I came into the Nelson rd location and was greeted instantly with a smile and asked if I could be helped with anything. I had very limited knowledge of what I was needing help with but was handled with grace and they instantly found what I needed. After getting me taken care of in a timely manner, I was thanked for coming in and was assured if I needed further help, I could count on them to help out. Very welcoming staff, knowledgeable and helpful for sure! Definitely will be recommending this location for future needs.
