Have you been in this store? I have never met more caring people- ever - in retail. Joe, the manager, was more than helpful. I had trouble with a battery, yet there was a.) no fuss over replacing it, but more importantly, b.) Joe did everything he could in the sweltering 95' day to clean up the mess in my car. WHO DOES THAT? and with a smile! He has renewed my faith in people - there really are KIND and caring souls out there. I didn't expect it, but what a gift!

I had a fantastic experience at this auto parts store! The staff was incredibly helpful and really knowledgeable, helping me find exactly what I needed for my car. I left feeling confident about my purchase and will definitely be coming back for any future needs!

I cannot thank Joe Prince enough for the help he gave me yesterday.
My car wouldn't start in the freezing cold while I was on my way to a job interview. I called O'Reilly Auto Parts Hanover, MA which was near the parking lot where I was, and Joe came, worked quickly in the intense cold without complaining, and managed to get my car running, taking it to his O'Reilly store and installing a new battery in no time, outside even in the freezing temperatures. His professionalism, kindness, and speed truly transformed a terrible afternoon into something positive. I ended up getting to my job interview on time and got home safely. If you need honest and reliable service, look for O'Reilly Auto Parts.Thank you again, Joe!

I attempted to swap out my Mom’s old wiper blades in the parking lot at Advance Auto Parts just down the road, but one of the wiper blades I pulled from the package were broken. I went back into Advance Auto Parts and the gentleman refused to exchange the blade for me. Granted, it was the second time in a row I pulled a broken wiper blade from the package, so I understand his hesitance, but I never even left the parking lot. I hadn’t done anything nefarious with them. There wasn’t some wiper blade scandal going on. I was just trying to change them out for my Mom as a good son does. Annoyed, I went down to the O’Reilly Auto Parts to buy another wiper blade of the same brand as I didn’t want to deal with the gentleman at Advance Auto Parts again.
Alex greeted me at the door and asked if he could help me find anything. I explained to him the situation and that I was looking for a good replacement for the broken “new” wiper blade I pulled straight from the package at Advance Auto Parts. He saw my annoyance and met it with understanding, then even attempted to exchange it for me since the gentleman at Advance Auto Parts failed to meet customer expectations. He wasn’t able to, but the sentiment remained. He was willing to go above and beyond what a customer might expect. A testament to his good nature and character. He’s a good man and O’Reilly Auto Parts is lucky to have him on-board.

ORIGINALLY POSTED 7 MONTHS AGO BY MISTAKE FOR O'REILLY'S IN CEDAR LAKE. SHOULD HAVE BEEN HANOVER MA... I went in last week for head light bulbs and the salesperson/tech could have tried to sell me the most expensive ones but was honest and did not. I didn't catch his name but kept the receipt and it seems his name is Pete. Truthfully I have never had a bad experience at the Hanover O'Reilly's or any other that I can recall. They take the time to explain something if you're not exactly sure on what to do. I'm really sorry I didn't double check before posting this review the first time because the staff at OReilly in Hanover have helped me out with parts knowledge and purchasing for as long as the store has been open. I'm guessing 15 - 20 years and I hope it continues for another 30 - 40 years. A big, giant, huge THANK YOU to all the staff over that time. Chris
