I can’t say enough good things about the service at this location, specifically from William, Bryson, and Caleb. Every time I walk through the door, their customer service is nothing short of outstanding.
It is rare these days to find a staff that is genuinely eager to help, but these guys go above and beyond to resolve my issues every single time. Whether it’s a difficult part to find or a technical question, they handle it with professional expertise and a great attitude.
If you want your automotive issues solved by people who actually care, ask for these three. They are a huge asset to O'Reilly!

Last night, I visited O'Reilly's to purchase a battery for my car. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a young man named Caleb. He quickly found the right battery for my vehicle and even installed it for me. Since it was very cold outside and changing my battery was a bit more complicated than usual due to a few extra steps, I really appreciated his help. Caleb was respectful, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I had several questions about my car, and he answered them all thoroughly. I am 100% satisfied with the service I received. Thank you, Caleb!

Though it was a bit hot in there. They expressed that their air conditioning was half broken. Someone should do something about that for them and their customers.
But other than that, the service was excellent! They helped us on multiple occasions in the same day.. we came back two or three different times. I greatly appreciate the help. The place was cleaned fir the most part.
But overall, the service was very kind and helpful. I appreciate good service. I definitely recommend this o'reilly's. They also have a lot of shade, so it's a good one to if you don't want to be in the heat and sun while you're trying to change something real quick.
Keep up the good work.
I hope they will do something about the air conditioning for you guys.
Y'all deserve to be comfortable while you're at work. Your customers also deserve it.

On the way to Florida, our driver side windshield wiper flew off just outside Meridian. Googled auto parts stores convenient to our travel route. The car we are in is a foreign car, so the first 2 stores we went to couldn’t figure out what wipers would fit. After an hour at the last store (@ 2 hrs total now), we just decided to chance it. As we headed back to our route, we noticed the O’ Reilly store on the hill and decided to try one last time. I walked in and the 2 gentlemen working were very friendly and professional. I spoke to Caleb and explained the issue. He told me we would leave with the issue resolved. After 20 minutes, he figured out the adapter issue and ended up replacing all windshield wipers on the car (per my request). Even though we were way behind our travel schedule, it was refreshing to encounter someone that took pride in their job and was determined to figure it out. We were lucky he did, because just south of Meridian we encountered a rain storm that would have caused us to pull over for a significant period of time. Thank you to Caleb and O” Reilly Auto Parts for the service and personal attention. I hope Caleb is recognized and rewarded for his above and beyond knowledge and service.
