Darlene is the very best at this location. Great customer skills great communication skills beautiful smile you guys she’s from Wahpeton but you guys can come. Enjoy her here at the location. Here she’s gonna help you guys out. Hey someone from corporate needs to look out for her and give her some type of special trip pay vacation because she’s really awesome.

I had a really great experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts, and I especially want to recognize Joey for going above and beyond. Joey was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I got what I needed. He took the time to answer my questions and treated me with the kind of professionalism and respect that you hope for when dealing with customer service. Employees like Joey are a huge asset to a business.
Unfortunately, my experience with the manager was quite different. Without getting disrespectful or making this personal, I felt the manager’s approach to the situation was disappointing and did not reflect the same level of customer service that Joey provided. There was a noticeable difference in professionalism and willingness

5 ☆☆☆☆☆!! Would highly recommend this store for anything auto.. JIMMY is excellent at his job and very knowledgeable about what you need or dont need and goes as far as to check your car himself before selling you unnecessary parts! Thank you Jimmy for your extra mile service !! Much appreciated!!

Jimmy has helped this new North Dakotan four times now, big time:
1) he helped me by installing an interior map light, and
2) by adjusting a running exterior light(so no new one needed)
3) find an old school adapter, so I can plug my cell phone into the cigarette lighter of my beautiful 2011 Honda Odyssey and play tunes, and
4) find the most cost-efficient vent mount autolock phone holder for my cell phone so my cell phone will stop sliding all the heck over the place while I'm looking for it while driving dangerously.
Today, I was helped by a helpful --apologies for using the same root in two words in the same sentence -- Joseph at the same store, because I needed an air pressure tire gauge to keep my tire safely on the payment. He had a terrific attitude and solidified the great relationship I have with O'Reilly Auto Parts. Not sure the name of the manager who is also there today supervising (not that they need it, but he may have more knowledge, does have more knowledge), but he was a silver mine of information as well.

This is honestly one of the best things to come to North Fargo in a long time, employees are helpful when I've needed help and if they don't have it at the specific store I can do pickup within a day typically or they can point me to another store locally that has it on hand right away. I had to return some parts I ended up not using and had no issues with returning the product.
