Great customer service! Ray helped install my battery, even though I bought it from Autozone 😬 The guys at Autozone said they couldn't help me install it, even though there was a shift change; they also said Id have to wait for the morning for a mechanic shop, which meant I wouldve had to pay for a hotel room. Luckily O'Reilly stays open til 10pm and it was down the street. Definitely switching from orange to green. They were nice and extremely helpful. Highly recommend over Autozone.

I would like to thank the customer esrive representative for all his help on 12/09/25 his knowledge of what I needed! It was very much appreciated! The part I needed was in stock and reasonably priced. He gave me some instructions on how to replace it and what tools I would need! I believe his name was Jerry or Jeremy?

I needed new windshield wiper blades. Raquel advised on the best blades for my needs, and she competently (and cheerfully) put the new blades on my car. Excellent service. Definitely going back.

Needed a new battery for our HRV. Richard helped me with testing the old battery, selecting a new one and finally the install. I found him to be courteous, personable, professional and very helpful. I was quite happy with the experience and will be choosing this store again the next time I need something!

Hands down, the best parts store in town! The Cordova O’Reilly’s team is knowledgeable and truly dedicated to helping their customers. When my car threw a code, they worked together to narrow it down, talking through possible solutions and making sure I got the right parts. They even sent a driver across town to grab what I needed, and I had the part in hand within an hour. Their teamwork and commitment are unmatched. I took it to my mechanic and had the issue fixed the same day. After this experience, I won’t be going to any other O’Reilly’s location—Cordova has earned my loyalty!

I had a fantastic experience at the O'Reilly's on Cordova! Jeremy, the friendly gentleman who helped me, was incredibly patient and helpful. I wasn’t quite sure what I needed (note to self: never tell your husband you’ll grab a part for him!), but Jeremy guided me through it without any frustration. Thanks to him, I walked away with all the right parts! Kudos to Jeremy for making it such a great visit! you have my business now.

I’ve never experience such excellent customer service as I experienced here. Faith and Jeremy specifically went above and beyond and completely out of their way to help me when my car broke down in the parking lot while I was visiting from out of state. They got my car up and running and helped me out in a major bind. They are the definition of hardworking, kind, and trustworthy people and O’Reilly is blessed to have them working for their store. Thank you so much to the entire O’Reilly team for helping me out today!
