This store had the best customer service and the friendliest employees I’ve ever encountered at any location. I travel across several states and I’ve never had an experience like I had at this location. Great people and a great atmosphere!

I visited this store to see if they had their collectors ornaments in yet. Everyone was super friendly! Great atmosphere and fast transaction. Years ago I started going to Oreilly over Autozone due to how much better customer service you get at Oreilly. This store has been cleaned up and is under new management and is the best one to go to on Summer Avenue.

I woke up this morning to a dead battery that wouldn’t turn over, so I headed to O’Reilly. There was a little mix-up at first, but Jordon made everything right. Ramon installed the new battery quickly, and Alexis provided top-notch customer service throughout the whole process.

I had an excellent experience with customer service today. I needed a specific part for my vehicle and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the team assisted me. They took the time to listen to my needs, located the part I required, and placed the order right on the spot. To my delight, the part arrived the very next day, allowing me to get my vehicle back on the road in no time. Overall, the efficiency and professionalism displayed were truly commendable!

Jordan made my heavy day feel so light. He was very knowledgeable, went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the right parts, and made recommendations. He didn’t recommend the highest or cheapest prices. He also explained the reward points. He appeared honest. Keep up the good work.
