I appreciate the knowledge of the workers here, but it typically takes me a lil longer to get checked out. I still highly recommend. 👍

Swung back by today, let me tell you… these guys were SWAMPED with customers and ON their feet helping multiple people at once. Again, a professional and friendly experience, Barbra assistant manager is very hard working as well, and caring and so efficient not a thing gets past her with details. Got to say hello to a couple employees I met the other night and again had great friendly experiences with them, love their energy.

Great people here, I came in Thursday night with my sonata not starting. All three employees were SUPER friendly and personable and helpful.
I only go to this Orileys because of the staff. They gladly help install a new battery in my car, even went above and beyond and ran next door to grab a little gas to help it get going.
Manager Cameron took special care of me as well, which I am so greatful for during this hard time as cars get expensive and things can get frustrating when the time comes that your vehicle gives you major concerns.
Very helpful, insightful and caring and kind men! Above and beyond! Great atmosphere, happy to help their customers!

Came to the store on Sherman Drive in Denton Texas. Kaden helped my son and I with the purchase of a new battery for my 2018 Nissan Rogue. He was very welling to help us and very professional. He even removed the old one and put in the new battery! We’ll be back for other items! No more Auto Zone for me!

Wonderful customer service!! Kaden at O'Reilly's on Sherman Dr. Helped us out big time. Car wouldn't start from dead battery and he helped change it out quick, was in and out in 10 minutes. Thank you Kaden!!

Came in to replace my lightbulb. Kaden took the time to help me figure out which of the two lights were out, installed it for me, took the old parts away, and answered all my random car questions. I really appreciate the time he took to help me as I am car illiterate. It’s always a bit intimidating going into a car shop as a woman who knows nothing about cars and having someone like Kaden was such a help. I will definitely be coming back to this location for my auto part needs.
